The tamales here are legit. They really put a lot into them. The tamales Oaxaqueno are twice the cost but you'll regret not trying them. The tacos are generous and very well priced. Didn't look fancy at all but it has 5+ stars for quality and flavor.

I don’t care how much it is, you don’t have the right to keep the change !!!! How about asking your customer 1st!! I was advised 15 dollars total. Asked for the receipt and Didn’t notice till I got home. Shame on me and that is the last time I give them any of my business!!!
Who ever goes in there, Please ask for a receipt and check to make sure your change is correct!!! Can’t imagine how many people they have done this to !!!!!! Shady business!!!!!

We love this place because it has a wide variety of tamales and atoles. The guava atole is incredibly delicious. The tamales aren't bad at all, but I think they need a little more butter to give the texture of the dough. The flavor of the sauces they add to the tamales isn't bad at all. BUT THE RAJAS AND FRIJOLES TAMALES ARE THE BEST!!! Without a doubt. We have not tried the Menudo on the weekends, but I heard its really good. This place is highly recommended and at a very good price.
