I ordered the number 9 one time before and it was delicious. Today I ordered the number 9 and it was terrible. The salami was old and hard. The ham was half cooked. I am so disappointed. I will never eat hear again!!!

Poorly managed. Slow. They took my order through the drive through, waited 10 minutes from someone to ask me what my order was and then came back 2 more times to ask again what my order was. The drive through line went from just me to 4+ cars. What should have been a MAX 5 minute experience took over 15 minutes. This branch has often also been sold out of basic items like cups/lids for specific sizes. Food is standard.

Such an incredible atmosphere and overall team. Special shout out to Jess for always having a bright smile on her face, consistent good service, and the quality sandwiches are A1. Would recommend giving them a visit.
I was the only one in the drive thru and I waited 45 minutes for one sandwich. I waited about 15 minutes before I said something to which the employee said that they were super busy. I understand being busy, but I was the only one in line and I had already been there for a long time. They then shut the window on me and I had to wait for them to come back out to which then they asked if I still wanted the sandwich. In addition, when I finally did receive my order, it was wrong. Definitely disappointed with this establishment and will not be a returning costumer.
