Poorly managed. Slow. They took my order through the drive through, waited 10 minutes from someone to ask me what my order was and then came back 2 more times to ask again what my order was. The drive through line went from just me to 4+ cars. What should have been a MAX 5 minute experience took over 15 minutes. This branch has often also been sold out of basic items like cups/lids for specific sizes. Food is standard.

I was the only one in the drive thru and I waited 45 minutes for one sandwich. I waited about 15 minutes before I said something to which the employee said that they were super busy. I understand being busy, but I was the only one in line and I had already been there for a long time. They then shut the window on me and I had to wait for them to come back out to which then they asked if I still wanted the sandwich. In addition, when I finally did receive my order, it was wrong. Definitely disappointed with this establishment and will not be a returning costumer.

So I ordered online and the order stated that it went out at 3:24pm. The store is 8 mins away. Now I understand they have more deliveries but after 1 hour has passed it was time to cancel. I'll never order from this location again. It's sad because people want a paycheck but you ain't taking care of the people who are paying for your check
