In my visit to Chicago, I order an order of Singapore noodle from New China in Summit, IL...l was unable to eat the dish because it was fire hot. I called the owner to let her know that I have high blood pressure and I was unable to eat the dish and she told me that she doesn't care and that the dish is supposed to be hot. I told her I will write a review and she told me she doesn't care and I should go back to my country...I don't recomet that restaurant because I don't want people to get sick.

It is just ok Fried rice is great had the sweet and sour chicken also the chicken is more breading than chicken.
I frequent this restaurant and usually order my food over the phone or dine in. While I appreciate the quick service—my larger orders, often over $40, are ready in about five minutes—I've been consistently disappointed with the quality of the food.
When I open the containers, the dishes, like the rice and orange chicken, often taste stale, as if they have been sitting for a long time. The rice, in particular, lacks flavor and seems watered down. It feels like the food is prepared carelessly.
I can only commend the staff taking the orders; they are friendly and efficient. However, I cannot recommend this restaurant until the owner focuses on serving better quality food.

Wanted to love this since it had high ratings but it was disappointing. It's a bit expensive and it's small portions. The Mongolian Beef was chewy. The dumplings were undercooked. As soon as I bit into it I could smell it & taste it. I cut the rest of the dumplings up and they had a horrible smell. I didn't even bother calling, threw those dishes out. The only thing that was good was the shrimp egg foo young w white rice. And their shrimp fried rice I had ordered. (Mind you a small came to 10$.. )

Never will go back!!! Phone order for pickup, they said 1hour. 1hour,10 min,I go too pickup food, I had to wait another hour!!!got food, it's ice cold! I will never be back and telling everyone about
I decided to try this place out seeing that it was one of the few restaurants open during Christmas Day, the customer service was very nice and friendly! Especially the cashier, guy was amazing w communication. However the food wasn’t the best, maybe because of the holiday and how busy it was but the orange chicken tasted flavorless, ordered hot and it just tasted like old lemon. The crab Rangoon was amazing tho, fried rice was mid and the lo main was not good at all. Noodles were semi hard already and there was no flavor again.
