I ordered a large Tavern pizza. The Pizza was small and one side was thin and burnt. The guy was insisting that is the correct size while the pizza was going left and right inside the box when I carried it. Very bad place to order the pizza from.

We need to do a better job with training these kids on how to give customer service. I was at the store picking up an online order of the new My Hut Box and I ordered the chicken chunks and a full sausage melt (per the menu item). I picked up my order and drove away I got halfway home and decided to look in the box and it was half of my order. I called the store and the kid said It's not his fault because of how it came thru he didn't know it was a full order. I had to drive all the way back to the store and he told me he would only may the second half of my order over. This issue would have been resolved if he only apologized and acknowledged he screwed up and re-made my food, but he wanted to blame it on me and it's my fault I bought food from Pizza hut. I will never go back and besides he's right I shouldn't have bought food from Pizza hut. Good advice Kid.

The "manager" did not wanted to take my order because he was "so bussy" but another costumer came and he took his order with no problem. I will never be coming back to this store I've never had an experience like that. Nasty.

They messed up my pizzas and refused to give me a refund. They switched the sizes on what I ordered. Plus, I asked for no olives on the Super Supreme, there were olives on there. Asked for no pork, there was pork. Asked for both to be well-done, neither were well done. We ALWAYS order from this Summit, IL location and it's always the way I order it. Not this time.

Ordered a pizza thru Ubereats and never got it . Had to wait over an hour for it to just be cancelled and than when I tried to call the restaurant they refused to answer the phone and even hung up on me .
Pizzas are $28 dollars a pop. And not really worth it. I'd rather go to dominos.

I placed at order at 5:55pm that stated it was on its was to me at 6:05pm with a delivery time of 6:17pm, which then changed to 6:20pm. My food did not arrive until 7:30pm and when I called to ask where it was a request a refund due to the food taking over an hour longer than stated, the "man" i spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, cut me off and denied my refund. Do not tip this place in advance for delivery, i wouldnt not have tipped at all if i knew i would be spoken to that way and that my food would take that long and arrive cold, mushy, and missing items.
