The worst Portillos drive through ever! No matter what you order that shit is never ready, what’s the point of drive through if you make me park and wait 10 min for hotdog. Place needs to look at it’s managers a bit more for that crap services

Run, don't walk to Portillo's! As a first time visitors of Chicago, this place was recommended to me a bunch. It was my last stop before I headed back home & I was not disappointed. The staff & service was AH-MAZING! Paul even gave me a free slice of their signature chocolate cake to try & it was delicious! 10/10 highly recommend.

I have not been here for a while, but as always food was great.
The MAXWELL STREET ON FRENCH BREAD was delicious, and THE CHICAGO HOT DOG did not disappoint.
My wife ordered an ITALIAN BEEF SANDWICH with giardiniera and it was great as well as the chicken salad.
Fries were fresh and tasty.
