I love how the staff always makes helpful recommendations from the menu.
The salad was fresh, crisp, and full of vibrant flavors.
Had me waiting for my pickup order an extra 15 minutes, & food was still cold .
If I could give 0 stars I would. Just had the worst experience I have ever had for a pick up order. Ordered for pick up at 6:40 and said it would be ready in 12 min. As soon as I arrived the order was not ready which is understandable. All I was missing was 2 garden dogs. It took 40 min just for 2 garden dogs. 40 min!! This is beyond ridiculous! About 20 people ahead of me received their orders before I did. The worst service I have ever had. So disappointed. Will never be returning here and will be making sure to tell all my family and friends not to ever come to this location again. The only nice employee was Adam. Thank you for your kindness. 0 stars!!!

This is the portillos we always visit in Chicago. They always do a good job. Their pickup is quick. They do stop serving veggie dogs at 10pm I believe which is a bummer though.

Parking plenty of it. Practically no wait time for the food. Food is hot and ready pretty soon. Good food, good meat, good God let's eat. No complaints.

Even for the low carb/keto option they don't even give you enough meat especially 10 for 10 dollars.
