Run, don't walk to Portillo's! As a first time visitors of Chicago, this place was recommended to me a bunch. It was my last stop before I headed back home & I was not disappointed. The staff & service was AH-MAZING! Paul even gave me a free slice of their signature chocolate cake to try & it was delicious! 10/10 highly recommend.

I have not been here for a while, but as always food was great.
The MAXWELL STREET ON FRENCH BREAD was delicious, and THE CHICAGO HOT DOG did not disappoint.
My wife ordered an ITALIAN BEEF SANDWICH with giardiniera and it was great as well as the chicken salad.
Fries were fresh and tasty.

Great experience the people are nice the area looks clean atmosphere is awesome the food is great. How to security guard on duty really good guy. I got the sandwiches they got the hot dogs and low-key their barbecue is on point. The most of all it is a reasonable price.
