Shop staff is wonderful and attentive. Regardless of time of day or how crazy customers behave (think Karen Behavior) the staff never loses their cool. Treatment of customers remain even keeled the MOST respectful. Staff always smiley and sweet and polite. A million star rating!

First time going here bc it has the atomic cake which was like the rainbow cake from La Pitte that closed. I got good service cake tasted great! BUT… my daughter had to wait an extra 15 minutes which it’s not bad. The worse thing was that the cake was plain just while with some ugly black flower 4 to be exact. I know my daughter should have checked it when she got but didn’t my surprise when I was ready to put the candles, so freaking sad my girl as well sad.

Bought a cake with buttercream icing. It was too dry and too sweet to my liking. However, they were super nice and I had great customer service. Maybe next time I'll order a custom cake and ask for less sweetness.

Had order a cake there for a babyshower for my Daughter, everything was fine until I paid for it, the girl didn't have the right size box, I think her name was Agnes, she set the cake in a huge box, no support at all, walk out walking very slow,until I felt a noise, set the box down and sure enough the cake fell over, in that oversize box,I call her outside, she was like laughing about it, my daughter asked her if she could fix it,she said No I have lots of work, but your customers come first, very bad attitude and not at all any good Customer Service, had to show to babyshower with no cake..... she called my daughter and told come an get your refund. Disappointed Customer!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I give this place 1 star for lack of professionalism. I placed a phone order for a chocolate birthday cake to be picked up July 5. I received a white dough birthday cake instead. I emailed the bakery with my concern hoping to resolve the issue. No response. I waited a few days and called the bakery and was told they had seen my email and were waiting for the manager Esther to get back from vacation so she can call me back with a resolution. It’s July 29 and No Response. This is very disappointing that they treat their customers this way. The fact that they do not want to recognize their mistake with my order and don’t even care that they messed up my cake order is so unprofessional and bad for business. I used to come in there every other morning for donuts. I haven’t been there since. I also order all my cakes from there for the past 3 years and will not be returning and you should either. Due to their lack of consideration for their customers.I’m a paying customer don’t treat me like you’re giving me a handout.
