Located Nearest 6300 South Harlem and west 63rd street in Summit Il. You will not find a better rib or Chicken salad. The portions are large. The wait staff are friendly. They do have delivery.

Where to start off. The restaurant was dead when I came in and we were sat right away. The restaurant still had the same exact decorations as the previous restaurant which closed down here. The “Lone” Star sandwich which I had was rewarmed up, for some parts of the sandwich were warm and the middle of sandwich was cold. The waitress was very nice and I believe should seek for better employment because even if everybody still tipped 20% at this restaurant, there’s barely any customers there. I believe the owner needs a little Gordon Ramsey reality check and really needs to get his business plan on track for a successful future. By the way, using the previous tenant’s(Grand Duke’s) marketing ads on your table is a big no no. Best of luck.

The meat was microwaved on my sandwich. Some parts warm and others cool. The cheese curds were overcooked and the gravy on the poutine fries obviously was fake as it had hard pieces when it came to our table. Use the barbecue sauces on the table or your food will not have a taste. Wanted to give a new restaurant in the neighborhood a try, but looks to be a flop like the restaurant that closed down in the same location not too long ago.

The wait time to get seated was good. The wait time to order, a few minutes too long, especially considering it was almost empty. The time it took to get said order a bit too long, like I said almost empty. The food not cold but definitely not hot. The husband had the steak tacos with beans and rice. They couldn't find the beans and rice so they gave him chili. what? After he'd eaten the tacos they found the beans and rice, gee thanks. Not quite beans and rice that goes with tacos, but more red beans and rice. Not a good combo. I had rib tips, very good, mashed potatoes, also good. Corn bread was really dry, get the Texas toast.

Ribs were overcooked and dry. Mac and cheese was cold and the so called j*** chicken might of been one of the worst things I have ever had at a restaurant. Third time that I have been and it has gotten worse each time. Manager did offer something else we declined.

good food. seating is very hard on your backside, like sitting on wood bleachers.

Pretty good in a pinch. Being I am from TX they gave it a good try. But the cornbread has too much flour for my taste. Pulled pork was good. Too much sauce on the burnt ends though.

Decor fits restaurant perfectly! The menu has so many selections that really offer something for everyone. The Ribs are amazing but my favorite would have to be the bellybuster sandwich (pork tenderloin). I've tried the homemade soups as well and the brisket with veggies is amazing! Servers and management are all extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful! Also seemed like everyone there from the management to servers were very knowledgeable about their meats and were able to explain in detail exactly what each meet was and the process of cooking them which is highly impressive.

The BBQ meats themselves were good but lacked flavor, in every single meal. You could taste how smoky the meats were but no other indication of flavor. The sauces were good and desperately needed per plate. The peach cobbler had way too much breading, no peaches, and no flavor.

Worst barbecue I've ever had. Menu reads like it's going to be delicious, but everything tastes like vinegar. Presentation is nice, but that ends when you take a bite. Poutine was the only thing that didn't look good and (surprise!) it didn't taste good either. I ordered the Sunday special Bloody Mary. It had an elaborate skewer of veggies topped with a single rib. The rib was good, probably because it had no sauce on it. Everything else on the stick was so sour because of the vinegar. Even the drink itself was vinegar. Some may like it, but it's not to my taste. I will not be back.
