Food and ice cream so good that even the great eclipse of 2024 stopped by dead center. 4 minutes of totality with great food and ice cream. Everyone was friendly and the pic of the great burger and fries speaks for itself.

Amazing ice cream! They always have flavors that no other places has. Food has always been good, a long eith the customer service. Great small town feel. Outside seating to enjoy warm weather. I recommend you try them out if you are around Sumner, IL and looking for some good treats!Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly, you can tell it's a part of their business for sure.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot and seating area is all flat areas. Easy to park close and get a wheelchair to the order window and seating.

I love Dairy Dee! The customer service was excellent, greeted with friendly faces. And my latte was delicious. I like that they have dairy-free options too.

Its great to have a local coffee shop with almond milk since i cant have dairy. Having fast and accurate service every time doesnt hurt either. I get my latte in the drive-thru every morning, you dont need to face the cold these winter months!

I don’t like to leave one star reviews especially because small town businesses are my favorite but after three trips here and having poor experiences each time it is my honest review. The customer service was horrible every time, grumpy employees who acted annoyed. I’m not sure if they were annoyed at their job or annoyed I was there but either way, 0/5 stars. I tried several items off the menu, I would stick with the ice cream (it’s normal grocery store level quality) and avoid the burgers at all cost. I enjoy their fun seasonal flavors of ice cream but honestly nothing has been worth the price to me. I hope they do some customer service training and sell some improved products next season.

Bets ice cream place in Southern Illinois!! The staff are always so friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Only downside is the lack of restroom. But there's a gas station across the street.
