They had very little staff. But they still decided to keep the place full?? Ribblits were ove cooked. Hamburger was the size of a smash burger, bacon on it was had as a rock. nothing like photo in menu. To lazy to wash dishes so you get plastic fork. Don't recommend

Every time I order food here either from door dash OR in to go they ALWAYS forget over HALF of my order! I'm about ready to boycott Applebee's and go to Chili's. This place has gone down hill it's a shame, I loved Applebee's..... Just go to Chili's they don't forget your orders...

Was waiting for food and found 2 bedbugs on me and management really didn't want to do anything about it Then when manager came over found another one climbing on seat he just grab it and kept having excuses on why there was bedbugs

The service was dry to me. The young man (key) who was the server. He was trying to write order down I guess he remembered everything. When the food start coming the manager brought our salads look like he didn't want to be at work. Then when one my friend sandwich came he sent it back it was not well done the waitress that brought it to him took it back to the kitchen and was then once we were about to pay the bill. He advised (Key) about it after he paid the bill. I feel that he should had made time to see if he had all of food. So he went back to the kitchen to see what happen that's when he had the sandwich. I hope that the next time I come there, I hope the service is much better. The other thing I didn't like was one of the waitress was vacuum the rug while guest was eating. I understand they trying to the place clean but it's not nice to do that while guests are their food.

Had a bacon burger and bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Service was good. Food was timely on a Saturday night.
I couldn’t even rate the service, food, and/or atmosphere due the fact I was on a 30 minute wait. The hostess took my name and number and my family and I sat outside awaiting to be seated. I noticed several guests leaving the restaurants however my phone never received a text that our table was ready, After several long minutes I noticed families of 2-4 walking in being seated immediately, my family was a party of 3 so I am utterly confused as to how they were seated before my family. We eventually asked the hostess if our name still on the “wait list” she stated yes you have 10 more minutes. How?? Was there a VIP list I was unaware of. She then stated “ I’ll take a look around” to see if a table was available. Applebees more like Apple Zzz’s because this location sleeping on exceptional guest services. Starting with the host!

Ordered 2 items from the business website. Shrimp ceasar salad with blackened salmon ( extra dressing) ($30)and the full slab of baby back ribs with the sauce on the side. ($25). Order was ready in about 15 min. Picked it up inside. Bag was double tied so I just went to my car.. something told me to check everything... there was no salmon on the salad. Plenty of shrimp. The romaine however was maybe a handful. Completely drowned in dressing . Just the romaine and shrimp didn't even reach halfway up the container. They did put 2 extra things off dressing in there which I did not need. The ribs were completely drenched in sauce. I checked the kitchen ticket which was taped to the salad container lid and everything i requested was on that ticket. So I went back inside for the salmon. Didn't bother with the ribs because well I'm in the service industry and returning a full slab of ribs because they didn't put the sauce on the side isn't worth the headache for the kitchen or myself. But I wasn't about to leave without that $13 salmon filet.
