It was just OK, when I unraveled the silverware, it was nasty dirty, it Had a film on the fork.
They handed me plasticware in a bag, which I preferred to eat with, that way I wasn’t taking any chances with getting another set of unsanitary silverware. 🙄

Went here for the first time in years. Not a fan. Had a really good experience finally and got a coupon for my review. Went to a different location and quickly remembered why I stopped coming. Food was terrible, staff suked.

My husband went online and ordered us both two different types of steaks with mashed potatoes and side salads. We both requested our steaks were to be cooked, medium rare… When my husband went and picked them up and brought them home and we cut into our steaks and they were both cooked to a well done temp. It should also be mentioned that the cut of state that I received was mostly gristle and tendons or something because it was completely inedible. I ended up feeding my steak to my St. Bernard and my mini Bernie doodle. The mashed potatoes were cold and had a little too no seasoning in them so they were bland and it is safe to say that our dinner last night was completely ruined! Had we gone there to eat in the restaurant I would’ve sent my steak back right away… But since my husband placed his order online for pick up… I was not afforded that opportunity. My suggestion to this restaurant is do not hire people who do not know the difference between the different temperatures of steak and how long to cook them. I was just utterly disgusted with what we received. The only thing that I could eat was the side salad… But you can’t really mess that up because I know that it’s clearly coming from a pre-mixed bag of salad vegetables. Don’t ever eat at the Applebee’s on N. Illinois Ave.… You’ll be sadly disappointed.

We ordered Curbside To Go. Let them know we were there via the link. Waited 20 mins to no avail. Called and told them we were outside waiting, 5 mins later a man came out and asked our names, then he went back inside. Another 5 mins later our cold, disgusting food was brought out to us. This was our 2nd and last time eating here. Services are beyond awful.

This particular Applebee's is especially homey. The waitresses and bartenders are incredibly, genuinely friendly. Even the cooks will come out and make sure your food is good! I literally feel at home here! This is a great restaurant

Visited this Applebee's yesterday and my order was inaccurate, the staff was dismissive and the manager was rude. I ordered a burger and lime chicken nachos. I asked for the chips on the side for the nachos so they didn't get soggy and extra pickles, onions and side of mayo for the burger. All were not honored.
I received the nachos with no chicken, no queso, no Jalepenos and the chips not on the side. I just wanted to get the food home so we could eat our food somewhat warm. I asked for the missing items. I was only brought the queso and when inquiring about the other items was told they were in the bag. Of course, they were not. I was left alone for over 20 minutes not sure what was happening. I finally flagged down someone and asked for a refund. The original waitress came over and said they were making my whole order over. I finally said OK as my main concern at that point was temperature as the other food was cold by then.
I waited another 15 minutes to finally be brought out only nachos and admonished by the manager with a comment that I didn't say I wanted everything on the side. I responded that I didn't want everything on side only the chips. I asked her if the missing chicken, queso, and Jalepenos were my fault too? She said no with an attitude. I asked for a refund. Almost an hour of my time was wasted at this Applebee's and I was blamed for the order inaccuracy.

Soup was teeny tiny for $4.30. A few bites and I was done. I understand inflation and such but really? So small. Our server was none to pleased we each got a bowl of soup. I doubt I’ll be back.
