They were short staffed you could tell. My ribs were over cooked 🤣🤣 the mashed potatoes had no garlic whatsoever lol. It came n 15 minutes tho. Order at 1:39 got it by at least 2pm so. That worked out

My only complaint is that they're silverware looked a bit dingy (like they need extra washing). I was a bit grossed out by that. If they fixed that issue, I would give them 5 stars. I enjoyed the food and the server was nice and attentive.

I just hate hate when u order to go it always has to checked cuz its never right!! Then when u call to express ur concern the customer is always the one who suffers. I order to go cuz i wanna eat at home and relax but they want u to come back up to fix their mistake. ERRR!

Sat at the bar. Food was great, no complaints there. Unfortunately, more than once, I heard arguing from the kitchen. Appeared to be between servers, not the cooks. It made me uncomfortable. Clearly, some coworkers do not get along. Unfortunately, they all need to go then (the ones who do not get along).
Like a lot of people, it is a luxury to get to go out these days. I do not want to overhear arguing etc.
The bartender also seemed annoyed to be there, but she tried and I still tipped her well because I felt bad. She did an okay job (average), but we all have our days. So, I exercised empathy.
Just wish people who didn't want to be in service weren't. Makes it uncomfortable for patrons.

I am an operational manager for a very high sale restaurant chain, so I am very picky about where we go and Applebees usually isn’t top on my list.
Today when we went in the host was very nice and since we had a larger party 5 kids & 2 adults she arranged seating for us. It was a nice big booth and it was much appreciated because usually we are put in 6 tops with a high chair on the end.
Our servers name was Andrew, I highly recommend requesting him if you go in. He was the best service I have had in a long time at any restaurant. He was a get the job done kind of guy & I love that because we have kids so we like to get in, get our food, and get out! I’m 5 months pregnant and was craving something extremely specific and he made it happen for me! He was consistent with checking on us and making sure our needs were met.
As far as the food, it was awesome. Compliments to the chef. I’m picky again. And I was extremely satisfied.
The restaurant overall was cleaner than a lot I’ve been to. The restroom was extremely clean & smelled good. A dirty bathroom will make me never return to a location!
I rarely make good reviews but I had to come on here & tell my experience cause all around everyone did exceptional today & I don’t have a single complaint!
Server was terrible. Never refilled my drink. Waited until I was ready to leave to offer more of the all you can eat. Saw my card on the bill and waited over 10 min to close me out. All the servers seemed to be very busy on their phones. Definitely will not be back.

Went in Friday meet and a wife had dinner there the the server was a black girl I guess she didn't want to be there working today she took our order but other people bring out the food she came to the table like 15 minutes later and ask me that I want more drink I said yes no conversation no nothing One of my worst experience coming to Applebee's she asked me whether I want for my second refill I told her shrimps the shrimps was overcooked I've been cooking over 20 years so I know how food should be prepared and served I told her I want it another item because the shrimps was horrible she looked at me like I was bothering her no tip for you I probably wouldn't go back there for a while because whoever train her whoever her boss was need to know she suck in communication and for her to want tips or want to be friendly she have a long way to go

Horrible service. We stopped in for a meal. No host/hostess was there. We waited for more than 5 minutes, finally we sat ourselves at the bar. The bartender was inattentive. Finally the bartender took the order, but only from 1 of my party. The staff needs to be trained up if this location is going to be successful going forward. The remainder of the staff was simply lackadaisical merely mulling around. The restaurant was not crowded not busy. When the order finally got to us, it was not fully cooked. Horrible experience.

Almost as many waiters as customers, and still a long wait time. Fifteen minutes to be seen then 20+ minutes for our drinks, even though the bartender was doing absolutely nothing.. Food was ok, but I really would prefer a little lettuce in my salad.
