The employees at this location are great. It is also worth noting that when I politely order an impossible whopper as a monthly treat, the employees here are cool about simple modifications and don’t make me feel bad about asking for no mayo. The lobby is also really clean for a BK and in general. Overall a great store and I appreciate that the staff are so pleasant and work so hard even though this area can be tough to deal with because I know the public can really suck.

We went in to get two gift cards, they were out. Said we would order food. Gentlemen said he'd be with us in a minute. We watched him stand with his back to the counter and bagged two meals. In 5 minutes. No other acknowledgement during that time. There where at least 5 people working and only 3 orders on the screen of which he cleared off all but one. We turned and left. We stood there a total of 8 minutes. Do the customer service drill and stand there for just 3-5 minutes. It's an eternity. Sad thing was, this was the second BK out of gift cards in this area, and I was really hungry!! We didn't spend any money because no one would take our order. There where plenty of seats.

I did an online mobile order through the app. When I got there the shake machine wasn't working. Both of the workers were so nice and polite. Offered me a substitution. It wasn't just about the substitution. Those ladies treated me nicer than anyone ever has going through a drive through. Nine times out of ten they may not be rude but they aren't nice either. It was nice to be treated so nicely. Also .........the food good was great. People should take lessons from those two ladies. I hope you guys have a great night.

This location is awesome. The workers here are amazing. They treat my son and I like Kings - which makes me want to come back. They are very accomodating to my young son who's always asking a lot of questions. I truly appreciate that. In addition, their food is great. The chicken sandwich they serve us looks as good as the advertisement. I look forward to coming back. Kudos for a job well done!
