My food was not hot or even warm, including the fries. The burger was dry and small as hell. Use to love the double cheeseburger but now it's skeet and smaller than it was.

Well, first of all, I said I need no onion cause I’m allergic to them. Then the girl gave me a soda and I got a pink frozen lemonade. Then they gave me a burger with onions on it. I cannot have so. She threw it all away in front of me, like smirking at me, and the manager came out, which was the sweetest can be, and gave me just a burger with no onions, but no fries so I paid for a meal and they want me to run back up there to get it after they messed my order up. You know it’s a bad day at Burger King when the lady at the window says yeah whatever I know I’m just one customer but I will not be back

It took 20 mins for a sausage biscuit sandwich just for it to be uneatable. The biscuit is hard I hurt my tooth biting down. This is sad. Yall should do better or find another job. I pay for my food and service not to have to go to the dentist!!!!!!

I love Burger King I git 5 .00 Whoper meal ? Fries here are always piping hot ? grilled burger excellent I just wish the drink wasn’t a kids meal size I was totally shocked ?.. Regular drink please

This is my favorite Burger King. At lunch today, I used my coupon for 2 bacon cheeseburgers. Unfortunately, the meat patties must have been affected by shrinkflation….They need smaller buns, ( maybe slider buns) or put a real burger patty on these things ……Come in BB King!!On a positive note. The staff here are always great!

It's Burger King - not a Michelin 5* restaurant. If you've got a coupon, then the staff will add cheese to your burger (for a price). If you've got a coupon involving two servings of fries, then the staff will sub an equal size onion ring for one fry at your request. Wish the restaurant had a Coke Freestyle machine, but the restaurant was clean, the service quick, and the staff friendly. I think it deserves a rating better than 3.7.
