Ate here for the first time last night for our anniversary dinner. Upon arriving the grounds were beautiful, pond, woods, walking paths our hopes were high. Upon entering we were promptly greeted and sat. Server comes to take our order my wife orders the Monday special 12 ounce strip steak for $15. I ordered the cod platter with zucchini and baked potato. The food arrives first thing I notice is the side of zucchini I ordered was literally four slices. We go to cut into our baked potatoes and if you've been in food service you know when the potatoes are old the skin and outer potato was hard. I look across the table to see my wife trying to cut into her steak, tough as leather she tried to soldier through when the server came by and asked if everything was OK my wife asks for some A1 this steak has no flavor, server says ok and brings the A1, my wife took a couple more bites and said I can't eat this it's terrible and tough we'll take it home for our dog. Server never offered an exchange or sorry for the poor meal. She brings the check I give her my card she comes back puts the card and check on the table and keeps on walking not saying a word, she new we were not pleased.

Fletchers is our go-to place for a nice outdoor lunch or pleasant brunch. The smell of the hickory wood fired grill and the choice of a fresh fish dish almost every day makes for enjoyable fare. The chicken tenders are great fresh but even better air fried the next day and tossed into a nice soup. We never leave hungry.
The ambience is perfect on nice days with the nature preserve right in front of you or maybe a pickleball match going on while you wait.
I wish the food was more consistent. Some menu items are always top notch but some lack repeatable goodness. We have never had anything less than awesome that was prepared on the wood fired grill. The beer is cold and drinks are made to taste. We will be back almost weekly as this is our Cheers.

Food was ok. My gfs steak.was overcooked, loaded fries seemed to have been left under heat lamp a bit long, my ribs dry and sauce was disgusting

Was a good view outside, however my date had a TV in front of her playing dental implant infomercial, that was playing videos of people rotting teeth. Not exactly what you want to see when eating. On the bonus side, the waitress changed it, giving us the option of soccer or tennis. Food was average, but would potentially go again. Worth the stop, not worth writing home about.

Not a place I would visit again. The food was cold and over cooked. The manager was indifferent when issues were brought forward.

I will start this review with a very positive remark. Since I typically eat alone, I love to sit at the bar. Ella was my bar/server. She was so methodical and efficient in her service and always had a smile on her face! Once service slowed down, I chatted with her and found out she is only 21 years old. Her work ethic was amazing! You are so fortunate to have her in your establishment! It was a Saturday night, and the atmosphere was exciting with all of the college football on TV. Unfortunately, I did have a bit of a problem with some of the food. The spinach/artichoke dip wasn't hot. I had to send it back to be reheated. Presentation was mediocre. Some of the chips were crispy and perfect, and some were stale and chewy. They were quite inconsistent. I also ordered the wings, and they were amazing as always! My grandkids love to go to Fletcher's for their wings whenever they come to visit! That doesn't happen very often as they are now stationed in Germany. Ella told me you love to read reviews. Great place to go for a date night! The food is very fresh and cooked perfectly, especially the salmon. The atmosphere can be a little loud but still enjoyable. Service was very kind and fast.

The food was ok and not pricey, but we sat outside and the view of their groomed acreage was very nice. They have pickleball, and trails for the kids to burn their energy on. At dusk, we even saw a few fireflies near the trees. I recommend sitting on the back balcony for the very nice view.

The restaurant was very busy on the Monday evening of our visit. It was about a 25-minute wait to be seated And another 15 minutes because the kitchen was backed up.

Great food and service. I ordered a custom burger which was not on the menu. It was a burger patty top with a slice of ham and blue cheese crumbles cooked medium. It was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The wait staff is absolutely refreshing. Will definitely be back! Sorry for no photos, perhaps the next time and it was a true HAM BURGER...
