Waited 30 minutes to order and they were out of everything. How do places like this still exist?

I know other reviews are dogging on this place but it wasn’t that bad. We had never had it before and the cashier was nice, food came out in about 10 minutes or so. Just your typical fast food restaurant atmosphere.

This is the worst fast food place ever, you have to wait in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes, the food is horrible especially the Taco's, the Egg Rolls are (delicious) 🤤 then they mess up your order 8 out of 10 times... I met one of managers he was very polite but they need an Overhaul

I went here to get some comfort food for a friend and got a meal for myself as well. I went through the drive through and stated that I had an order through the app for Delilah.
I got an annoyed response asking if I could come in the restraunt, so I did.
When I got in the worker kept trying to confirm it was not a Doordash order... I'm guessing she didn't think I was Delilah or thought I was lying. I'm trans and was very dressed down, but it almost felt like I was gonna have to whip out an ID for Jack in the Box...
Why it continued past one ask or why there wasn't an apology for the confusion I don't know, but I left there very uncomfortable.
I ate the food, and I'm now up at 2am with it tearing through my stomach.

Horrible place. Delivery orders never ready on time,workers don't do their job right. Always when I come to pick up food from this place, Delivery order never ready,order was placed online long time ago and never ready. This workers need to learn how work fast and Always on time. Me personally never will order food from this place . 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

We ordered a bunch of tacos. All of them were only MEAT. No cheese. No sauce. No lettuce. I’m not sure what’s going on there but you definitely need some new employees that aren’t distracted on their phones so they can attempt to get their JOB right. Complete disappointment. Geez.

I called this location to ask about the salads and munchies meals person who answered the phone claimed to be the general manager and hung up on me then when I called again seemed like they were drunk then answered a phone call on their personal Phone talking about money. I doubt it was the general manager

So as we were sitting in line, we had 4 other cars that were behind us.It won't have taken so long that those 4 cars just dipped out.Secondly, my buddy paid $9.Okay for something that he didn't even get I mean it's like you guys had nothing but new people in there without any kind of manager or anything like that is no way to run a business you should always have veterans and someone in charge in that scenario 30 min wait in a drive thru they said they didnt know how to operate machine come on i never bash food places but this is crazy

Trash location apparently never have product in stock. Ordered tiny tacos no ranch in stock and then was given almost black tacos all burnt. Either change your oil or watch timers cant be hard to do when the place is dead. Will never hit swansea location again. Shouldve known better waste of money to a non charitable cause

Asked for the number 23 and the lady put down the number 30. When I asked about it she gave me attitudeand described what each meal was, only to continue with the number 30 and give me the wrong food.
