I’ve given this place chance after chance every time I come here I wait 30+ mins for an order I did on the app. No one will acknowledge you in the lobby you pretty much have to yell for someone. They don’t wear gloves and have the worst attitudes maybe if they spent less time playing around/ being on their phones and actually working they would Be okay

We ate here today during lunch and they were very short staffed. The three gentlemen that actually showed up to work today did a phenomenal job. They told you from the beginning that they were short-staffed and it would be a little longer than normal. To the douchebag that came in yelling at them and threatening them because he couldn't get his food quicker really needs to evaluate his decisions in life. The three gentlemen working were all were very professional and handled the situation perfectly. Those three young men deserve raises at the least..... I would return over and over and would recommend them to anyone....
Like me some, Jack in the Box Egg Rolls, and our Vegan Family, you will like these Egg Rolls..And Family their Signature taco's.. But today, I just wanted me some of their good Egg Rolls, with added Sweet & Sour on them.. Yummy..Grade, B+

Waited around an hour for the food. Never received the food and was argued with because we wanted our food. Shamed for ordering ‘too much’ food as well

We waited 30 minutes for our food in the parking lot. So we went inside to ask about it. The lady who was cooking said she was working on it, and that it was a big order, so it would take a little longer. After another 20 minutes of waiting, we asked for a refund, and the lady who was cooking said the food was done. But she realized the whole order wasn't done. So we waited even longer for a manager to come to get a refund. While we were waiting, the lady started arguing with us that we were overreacting. At this point, she made my mother cry, and I went off, telling her that we had no power at home, we just came from a funeral, and that we just wanted food. She continued to argue until the manager came. There were only 2 employees there who were respectful and were trying to help us. After all of this, one employee asks my mother, "How was the funeral?" Obviously just trying to lighten the mood, but it was very inappropriate and not nessicary. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and there was no reason the lady who was cooking should've been that rude to my mother.

Horrible service, me and mine can’t eat half the menu I’m vegetarian, just wanted some jalapeño poppers and was told I can only order online or DoorDash, just to pull around and see people dancing inside like what’s really going on. Y’all ghetto as hell, if you don’t want to do your job just quit.

I’ve been addicted for the boba milk tea and the last THREE times it has been hard as a rock. I don’t know why they would even waste their time making me a drink with stale ingredients!? SO DISAPPOINTED!
