I stopped by after working a night shift in the morning. It looked closed but then 3 people unlock it. Went to get gas and came back to see it was open. I thought since it just opened maybe the food would be hot for once. I'm told to pull around and waited but when I got home I saw the grilled burger was cold and wet. There's no way they made that recently. So I guess whatever food they don't sell they reserve the next day. The meat smelled off and looked gray. I threw it away cause these lazy workers who knows. Maybe it was left on the counter all night. I was the 1st customer of the day. How do you still serve us cold, old damp nasty food?

I accidentally reviewed the wrong location in O'Fallon which is ok. This Belleville location needs management to come in and do an overhaul. Orders always messed up, cold food, long waits, rude staff. Delivery drivers need to avoid. You'll never get your food on time. They have 10 cars wrapped around and then pull them all forward to park for 20 minutes plus.

We got told to pull up because they were making our food fresh. Fries were ice cold, and half cooked. Sourdough burger was cold, and bun was only toasted on one side. Tacos were hot at least. But realized once I got home they forgot my drink and sauce. Very disappointed

We pulled up in drive-thru and had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone talked to us. We asked for the New Jack Smash Bacon Double Cheese Burger combo. With a lemonade as the drink. I asked for extra bacon. He tells us the total price and we pull around. We get to the window and pay. We wait another 10mins and they ask us to pull forward ( so there timer will stop.) So they can bring out our food to us. We do and about 5mins after the come out with a bad and two drinks. The drinks they handed us happened to be fruit punch not lemonade. So I looked in the bag and Guess what....... No Bacon on my food THEN The burger was definitely not smashed. Looked like two lumps on top of each other. I stopped him to inquire if he gave me the wrong order. He stated that it was my order. I asked him Where's the bacon and extra bacon. He stated oh we don't have bacon. So you charged me full price for the sandwich plus for the extra bacon yet I didn't get the bacon nor my correct drink. I asked for a refund and went to my appointment hungry. This was at 11:40 in the morning.

Customer service tip (pretty basic but also challenging for those who can’t walk walk over 6 yards) BRACE YOURSELVES:When customer asks for condiments ,& you forget to bring it out. Maybe make two trips ??‍♀️.But instead , “ can you pull back around” *proceeds to pull out, long line of cars* ?‍♀️Management heads up: drive thru times probably look great in black in white but in reality… it’s get everyone through the line, park them, and have them wait for forever. I had a mobile order and paid for everything in advance. When I got up to the window, the employee said they didn't have any of the milk tea I ordered (cost over $5) and asked if I wanted anything else cuz she couldn't refund my order cuz it was mobil, so when I asked if they had the coffee boba, she said they have nothing coffee, I asked for a shake then, she told me their shake machine wasn't working. Then she said I should just get a refund even though she never gave me a receipt nor told me how to go about getting a refund for the $5 tea. Then proceeded to ask us to move to the front of the building so she could get the other customers cuz they were "short staffed".There was already another car waiting in that lot. It was about another 15 mins before THEY got their food. Then they kept having other cars park all over the place...brought out 2 orders that were made after ours (which again was made via the mobile app)...we had waited almost 45 minutes for 20 tacos.But hey, at least their grease wasn't old & bitter. Kudos for cleaning out your friers.

Usually have a great experience, but my fries were cold my drink was skimped and my burger was supposed to be ketchup only not whatever garbage cause they put on it ?. The staff are obviously mentally challenged if they can't even fill a drink cup full

I ordered a spicy chicken meal and SPECIFICALLY asked for no cheese. The girl said it doesn't come with cheese, and then when I got home and my spicy chicken had cheese on it.

Wait time over 30 minutes for “fast food” manager failed to de-escalate a situation with a patron who had waited over 45 minutes and received cold food. Resulting in a verbal fight almost turning physical.

Terrible. I went through the drive thru just to get tacos. Was told to pull around and they would be right out. 25 minutes later I was still waiting. I went inside and they said it was almost ready. Only 1 customer inside and nobody in drive thru. Guy handed me the bag and the tacos were cold and I also ordered the mini tacos and the container was 4 mini tacos short. Won't be back

Upon trying to go through the drive through, We were told that they are only accepting doordash orders.I called jack in the box myself and they said That because of their shift change they could only accept DoorDash orders. This does not make any sense to me. This is not how you run a respectable business. why would you people turn away paying customers? So instead of me going through the drive thru to get my own food I would have to make a door dash order, wait for the cold food, then I have to tip the driver on top of more delovery fees...sounds to me like someone working there is a door dash driver or has friend/family doing the orders to make tips!! Very sus...if I were you I would avoid this jack in the box...I'll spend my money elsewhere from know on.

I wish there was an option to give ZERO STARS!! If you want piss poor customer service from a bunch of people who act like you MADE them apply for the job, this is the place to go. Wait times are extensive no matter the time of day, staff is extremely rude and you can count on something being wrong with your order. Did I mention the customer service is HORRIBLE?! Just keep driving to the next location.

I was doing doordash and I pulled up the drive thru cause i also had wanted to make a order. The boy on the mic said they couldn't take any orders for 20 minutes. I'm like even doordash too he said no u have to come in to pick it up. I come in there were 2 other people waiting getting frustrated to point of saying they'll just take whatever they finished and just get a refund later. I had even left and came back for my food. Idk what was taking so long.
