I ordered using the app and picked up at the drive thru, it took them 25 mins to give me my order. They're blaming the quarter pounder. I worked at McDonald's Mascoutah before, we never had that problem.

The employees are all bunched in the back not paying attention to customers coming in to assist them what ever is needed the kiosk is not help because most people don't want to work for there money and have to work for there food and can be difficult for elderly people or mental challenged people to use so they need to hire for someone to strictly run the front only

Stop for breakfast at 4:00 they would not serve me saying that there system was down between 4 am and 5 am. Knew the girl was lying, went to the next McDonald’s and got served. Horrible experience.

There’s a Wendy’s across the street and a Burger Kind past the Schnucks. There’s even a Subway in the plaza. I'm saying this so that you don’t waste your time with this establishment. Just go somewhere else.

Hours say that they're open 24 hours a day, but that's not true. The staff often refuse to take my orders early in the morning. I work early and like to grab breakfast first thing in the morning. I have been rudely refused for many different reasons. Staff say the "system is down" or simply that they are not taking orders... very frustrating.
Also, when ordering burgers, the buns are often very dry and hard, as if they have been sitting on the warmer for hours. 9 times out of 10, there's a part of my order missing. It's crazy that the workers get paid for putting in such an underwhelming amount of effort. I will say, the day crew is significantly more competent than the night/early morning crew.
