Tonight I had an extremely upsetting experience at this McDonald’s during the overnight shift. The manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional. Our food was cold, and when I addressed the issue, the situation escalated instead of being resolved.
What is most disturbing is that the manager threatened me and my disabled child. No customer—especially a child with a disability—should ever be treated this way. This behavior was completely unacceptable and alarming.
Because of this experience, I will never return to this location. I hope corporate takes this seriously and addresses the conduct of the overnight management staff, as this reflects poorly on McDonald’s as a whole.

I always have an occasional problem at this location because the food is always cold. Whether it’s the fries or the chicken nuggets, one of the two is never hot. This go round we ordered chicken nuggets and large fries. When we got hot to feed the kids and half of the fries are missing out of both of the fry box. We got a medium size fries in a large. This only happens at night. I’ll just go in the daytime from here on out. Check your order before you leave so you know everything is there. And the fries were old as you can see in my pictures.

This place skips over people on second lane and won’t do codes at all saying we don’t have time I suggest going to a different McDonald’s who won’t waste nobody time of waiting and being picked over also the food is so dry as always I ain’t ever coming here again

No wonder you have a 3⭐️ review on Google. Filet o’fish tastes and looks like it was refried old and nasty, not fresh at all for ordering it plain! Fries over cooked and taste old. This is after having to wait for my order to be brought out. Tried calling and no one answers and a fax machine starts beeping. Won’t waste my time or money here again I know that!

At 1015pm on a monday I waited 30 min in line with only 3 vehicles in front of me. When I finally got my food it was all cold. A double cheeseburger and small fry. If I wait over 30 min I would think my food is fresh made and hot. The cheese didnt even melt to the burger it was that cold. Fries were brown and cold. Sure hope I dont get sick now that im thinking if it. I know places can be short staffed but then atleast if it takes long let the food be fresh.

Waited 25 minutes at the front counter after placing order on kiosk. Never got the order... No one around to request refund. Just had to leave to get to work. The place wasn't that busy but they were screwing up what they had. Doordasher canceled her order while I was there. Guy came in from drive thru after waiting 20 minutes in car for two sandwiches. At least five people working, not busy should of been easy. I don't understand where the owners are, but I guess the staff knows they aren't around and can do what they want. $20 wasted, but what else could I do.

I ordered using the app and picked up at the drive thru, it took them 25 mins to give me my order. They're blaming the quarter pounder. I worked at McDonald's Mascoutah before, we never had that problem.

The employees are all bunched in the back not paying attention to customers coming in to assist them what ever is needed the kiosk is not help because most people don't want to work for there money and have to work for there food and can be difficult for elderly people or mental challenged people to use so they need to hire for someone to strictly run the front only
