Stop for breakfast at 4:00 they would not serve me saying that there system was down between 4 am and 5 am. Knew the girl was lying, went to the next McDonald’s and got served. Horrible experience.

There’s a Wendy’s across the street and a Burger Kind past the Schnucks. There’s even a Subway in the plaza. I'm saying this so that you don’t waste your time with this establishment. Just go somewhere else.

Hours say that they're open 24 hours a day, but that's not true. The staff often refuse to take my orders early in the morning. I work early and like to grab breakfast first thing in the morning. I have been rudely refused for many different reasons. Staff say the "system is down" or simply that they are not taking orders... very frustrating. Also, when ordering burgers, the buns are often very dry and hard, as if they have been sitting on the warmer for hours. 9 times out of 10, there's a part of my order missing. It's crazy that the workers get paid for putting in such an underwhelming amount of effort. I will say, the day crew is significantly more competent than the night/early morning crew.

Staff arguing with each other at the window, wrong food given
I ordered a #2 breakfast meal in the drive-thru. After pulling away from the window, I noticed they didn't give me my hashbrowns. I parked and went inside so I didn't have to wait in line again. Once inside, they acted like I wasn't even there. I finally got my hashbrowns and went back to my vehicle. I opened my sandwich (sausage,egg,cheese mcmuffin) and there was no egg. I had to go back inside to get what I ordered. I finally got my sandwich (without an apology) and left. The store wasn't that busy but the workers acted like they were. They were rude and unapologetic.

I like this McDonald's, my food was good, and I just wanted a plain hamburger and fry. And just to add, before driving off, check your bag of food. You Paid For It! And you paid for what you ordered to be placed in bag..This prevents anger when you get home, only to find that the order is wrong or missing items. 2025, is Check bag before driving off. Grade, B+

Every time I come they swear the can't make ice cream or mc Cafe coffees like the hot mocha... just say you don't want to service the customers. I never understand how supervisors let their employees run away money!!!

This place has gone downhill and is so disgusting, lettuce was almost black on my sandwich and the chicken was cold. The manager and the employees of this location need to work harder and pay attention to the details.
