Well, let's see....so far this is a 50/50 resturant. I really think it depends on who you server is. The one we have tonight we have to direct on what to do...like removing our over stacked dishes from our table. I made a tower of glasses and started mixing the top glass with a straw as our waitress walked by staring at me. We had to finally ask her to remove the dishes before she made any effort. We had to ask twice for blooming onion sauce and she forgot to put in my wifes first drink order at the bar. We told her we would like to order when the onions came out and instead of doing what was requested she put the plate containing the onion on my wifes hand!! Let's see how the second half goes. Well, the rest of dinner went well. Hats off to her picking up the pace. Going to give it 3 stars.
Service was very slow. Never around to refill ice tea glass. Steaks were way to spicy.
We waited over an hour to be seated & the food was gross. The waitress was nice tho.
My boyfriend asked me, where I'd like to go eat out for the night. Women have a challenge when it comes to deciding an eat-out but this night I made a successful choice. I said let's eat at Outback because it's been a long time since I eat at outback, and likewise with my bf. The dine-in was open so we dined-in. Sure enough, we both were impressed! Good service, good ambiance, good food. We ordered the sirloin. Special shot out for Asia and the Greeter at the door, didn't get his name.
Quality has really gone down hill. Cooks can't tell the difference between rare, medium and well done. Ordered a ribeye came out like shoe leather even the waitress said it wasn't right when she looked at it. One friend ordered shrimp with her steak. She couldn't eat it was like chewing on a gummy bear. Other couple we were with ordered grilled chicken. I'm pretty sure they over seasoned it to try and hide the fact it was over cooked. Now the waitress she was top notch. Never skipped a beat..
Came in and was told that it was a 30 min wait and would be put on a text wait list. I watched multiple people walk in and immediately be seated roughly 5-6 people who pulled onto the lot and parked after me. After my 30 min turned into 40 I came in and ask why I wasn’t seated and was told oh they forgot to page me. No apology no nothing just a dry response. We definitely want be back here again!!!!!
I placed an order online which was not ready on time and we were asked to wait an additional 20 minutes. After 30 minutes we called back. The lady was extremely rude. She told us that they were backed up. I asked how much longer. She literally snapped and said that she had no idea how long it would be. I asked for a refund and she said fine and hung up. I called back to ask for a manager and it was the same voice. I've never been treated this horribly at an establishment. I'll definitely be contacting corporate.
Ordered a blooming onion. It was burnt on one side. They were out of diet soda. I ordered a hamburger medium. It came out black, dry and very well done. Server gave poor service. Probably will not go back.
The hosts at the door was not sure of what he was doing, he had me repeat my phone number 6 time. We had a reservation but we had to wait an hour even though they had tables.Once we finally got to our table, there was only one waitress there, the 4 tables around us still have not ordered yet.The worst part... after waiting 20 minutes for waitress to come get our order she said they were out of STEAK... their name is Outback STEAKHOUSE not OUT OF STEAK HOUSE!
Slam packed tonight. Curb side was very disorganized. Manager's fault for real. Food was good just cold.

I did a pick up order food was ready 15 mins after my ready time which isn't a huge deal. Food was hot, seasoned well, and my short rib was very very tender. I went to the one in Swansea, I live in collinsville so it's about a 15 min drive home, but my food was still awesome.
Logged in here to review this place and was a little surprised to see multiple 3stars. Of course they’ve been closed for indoor dining for a few months apparently, due to CoVID. Either way we were greeted and seated immediately. Shelbi was our server and she was great! Friendly, professional and attentive. In fact we ordered a bloomin onion and it looked pretty bad, almost like the oil wasnt ready or something. It was especially dark and about a quarter if it was actually cooked through to the onion so it was blackend and cooked away. Even the better looking part had a harsh almost burnt after taste. We werent going to complain but she asked so we mentioned it and she quickly and easily replaced it. It was nice to have a restaurant just “make it right”. We both ordered filet mignon, mine well done, his med-rare. They were both cooked to perfection and the sides were large helpings. Food was really good, service was great. They were a typical outback but thats not a bad thing. Consistent, quality food and service.
Wow! Just put in an order for the short ribs and the called to say they are out. They didn't offer to fix this or make it right. Will not order from them again. (PS is your out of something from an online order, you could at least offer a free meal) Customer service is non-existent at this location.
Foods good, customer service NOT SO Great. I was put on hold twice 1st by Taylor then another lady didn't get her name. So i wind up ordering Applebees. 1-22-21 4:45 pm
Got a meal a month ago New York strip medium a garden salad baked potato thinking well well done I got the stock of the salad no salad dressing make potato crusty and hard no sour cream but we pay for all that won’t go back recommend no curb service once you go home they don’t careCall them back up don’t want to refund it’s not all about the money it’s about the food do you have to budget nowadays
