We ordered 2 Oreo Blenders today via mobile order. We get to the window to be told they are out. Thats the only drink we like here. We asked for a refund and were told they are unable to refund and contact customer service. No such thing exists. We filled out a help request and after 8 hours, the response said each location is independently owned and they cannot help me. So Im basically out $16 to this location with no drinks! How is that okay? How do you reach anyone to get a refund if their own manager cannot help??? Instead im told too bad? Unacceptable. They will keep your money and there's nothing anyone can seem to do about it.

Im not sure what is going on with this location. Has been my go to spot for coffee for awhile now. I had to change my review from 5 to 1 stars because the last couple times we went the service has not been friendly like it usually has been i feel like when I go to order or arrive at the window and im bugging the employees by just simply being there. Also check your items, my hot lattes have been cold or just not what I ordered at all and they are not very willing to fix their mistakes unless you figure it out right there at the window.

The last several times Iāve gone to this specific location my drink is wrong. I order a dirty chai with almond milk and the last 4-5 times it has no espresso. Iāve been going to the Fairview location bc they always get it right. Today I thought Iād give swansea another chance and order a candy cane mocha, confirming there would be 3 shots of espresso. But itās not right, it tastes like milk with a hint of chocolate, I taste no espresso and no peppermint. I donāt know what happened here bc this location used to be awesome but now itās just disappointing.
Worst coffee Iāve ever had. Nitro cold foam. You can see right through it. Even with the half off coupon was over $5. If I could give 0 stars I would have . Maybe they are just good for blended drinks but as a coffee drinker, not for me.

Waited in line for almost 20 minutes after ordering through the mobile app had to cancel while I was in line. I wouldāve been late to work if I wouldāve stayed any longer Iām over this location completely You could hear people talking and laughing in the background . So pitiful.

I work at a scooterās and i hate to be a Karen but itās not that hard to make an autumn caramel crunch i promise . this is literally like 10 pumps of caramel and i can taste the coffee itās actually overbearing. Do better
