Eat anywhere but here. Manager is nonexistent, servers refused to even acknowledge the customer. After 3 to 4 minutes I left. This Wendy's is an embarrassment. This Wendy's even has a bad habit of locking their doors and only run the drive thru. No more will I waste my time here. I have dropped Wendy's in my area from my vocabulary.

Great service from the manager who helped my boyfriend and I. An employee gave our food to the wrong person (we placed a mobile order) and was a bit rude about it and side eyeing me after we brought it up to him. As I said, luckily the manager took care of us and we got the stuff we ordered.
This Wendy's has ripped me off twice in a row and refused to refund me. Go here if you want to pay for food that they don't give you. Again, to be clear, they stole my money and did not give me the food I paid for. I can forgive poor customer service from employees that are paid poverty wages but this goes beyond that. I was the victim of a crime and it's actually pretty messed up. I'm angry.

They need to fire whoever was working the drive thru at 3pm on 1/2/25. Review the cameras, and you’ll see what I’m talking about. We had to drive off because the person who was supposed to take our order is either too stupid, or he hates his job and doesn’t care at all. Either way, he will be a negative impact on your revenue.

I placed a mobile order ~4:05pm. When I came to pick it up ~4:15pm, I came through the drive-thru, I said at the speaker that I’m hear to pick up my order. A different person came on the speaker (I assume a manager) and told me that they accidentally spilled a chemical on a grill and they weren’t able to grill beef patties. So I canceled my order. Ok, why were chemicals near the grill?? That’s a major food safety hazard! I almost never have issues with this location. A shame
So today I pulled up and was on the phone having a conversation about 15 min so I decided to walk in but the door was locked as I look in ppls was eating but the worker looked at me but didn't say anything as I pulled on the door around 12 some..they lost my business
