I stop.thetr for lunch, I had asking the employee to put the orders in two different bags. I believe she was tbe manger but her customer service was bad. The other thing that I wasn't happy about the fountain drink machine was just out of all the other brand of drinks. I like stop by this location but I think I will go to another one plus she gave me the wrong nuggets in on of the bags.

Whoever is working the window now during the evening- keep him forever. So polite and provides a refreshing change to the fast food experience especially in this area of town. Give that guy a promotion/raise!

This place has greatly improved. Food is hot, service is much more friendly, pretty quick as well. Breakfast has had biscuit sandwiches for $1 which is an insane deal. Last month any size soda was $1 for breakfast, so breakfast for $2.16 with tax. Crazy deal.. Inside is clean, wish remodel would of produced a slightly warmer dining area, but it is clean and newly remodeled.
Eat anywhere but here. Manager is nonexistent, servers refused to even acknowledge the customer. After 3 to 4 minutes I left. This Wendy's is an embarrassment. This Wendy's even has a bad habit of locking their doors and only run the drive thru. No more will I waste my time here. I have dropped Wendy's in my area from my vocabulary.

Great service from the manager who helped my boyfriend and I. An employee gave our food to the wrong person (we placed a mobile order) and was a bit rude about it and side eyeing me after we brought it up to him. As I said, luckily the manager took care of us and we got the stuff we ordered.

This Wendy's has ripped me off twice in a row and refused to refund me. Go here if you want to pay for food that they don't give you. Again, to be clear, they stole my money and did not give me the food I paid for. I can forgive poor customer service from employees that are paid poverty wages but this goes beyond that. I was the victim of a crime and it's actually pretty messed up. I'm angry.
