I came in to pick up a delivery, just doing my job. I decided I wanted a little snack and got something small off the menu with a cup of water. When I ask for my water the employee who I do believe is a manager, hands me a clear regular cup with no top. Usually this wouldn’t be a problem but I’d prefer not to spill water all over my car as I work. I politely asked for a cup with a lid. and the lady, visibly annoyed and bothered proceeded to hesitantly give me a cup with a lid as she goes on about how “customers ask for water and get soda instead all the time”. I thought that was very rude and unnecessary. She could’ve very easily just filled up a water cup for me herself if instead of being rude and annoyed with me. Thumbs down from me

Next time I come here I’ll ask for large cup of ice with a splash of tea because that’s what you get served. SO not worth the money I spent.

If I could leave no stars I would! I’m 6 months pregnant and just bought a bacon and Swiss royal chicken sandwich.. first bite I got was a hard piece of raw chicken… I felt bad and didn’t want to go back soo I tried to pick around and find and edible peice but the whole chicken patty was completely hard and inedible! I went back and tried to explain but the manager kept saying it was impossible as the chicken is on a timer… after trying to get a replacement and getting no where with the rude staff I decided to just get a whopper instead as I can’t risk getting food poisoning and had to pay for a whole new sandwich and no type of discount or apology just felt humiliating because they wouldn’t even check the sandwich. I will never come here again and I’m not surprised with the bad reviews they already have

We go here occasionally and are always pleased with their friendly customer service.
They did not give me my O-rings had to go back around to the window to let them know and the guy was very rude not sure if he was a manager or just an hourly but no need to be rude to your costumes when your the one that forgot something you changed me for...

This is actually one of the few fast food restaurants where the food is always decent and it's clean and employees are very friendly. Definitely one of the better fast food restaurants and one of the only ones I'll eat at in the area
