Love this place. Starbucks is so overrated and corporate. Caribou just wants you to enjoy life. And the chocolate covered expresso beans are to die for!!! Just a small stand in a HyVee grocery store, but has all you need or want.

I always go to the Hyvee location as it's the only one around. I've always got great service til today. Frances not friendly I asked her to look up points but didn't tell me anything as i like my up grades, did not ask me what type of milk. Wasnt as good as normal. Usually get upbeat people there. I'll not buy if I see her there. Sorry this is a negative post.

I was surprised to learn that this is the only location in Illinois. I used to love visiting the location in Lincoln Park (Chicago).
I'm a huge fan of the iced oatmilk crafted press drink. It's probably my favorite coffee-based drink because it's light. I also love the spicy dark chocolate mocha.
The staff is super friendly, and do a fantastic job in creating the drinks.
I love that it's not far from my house. Less than five minutes.

Barista was super kind and helpful! My drink was on point and as a new customer to Caribou Coffee, I've had 3 drinks in a row that have been spot on perfect. Keep up the good work!
This location has spectacular staff and of course amazing coffee!! My husband and I don’t live in the area anymore, but we still take a trip every once in a while to this location because our first few dates in college were often spent here! Oh how I wish Caribou still had more locations! Love love their coffee and all their desserts!
