Food is almost always great. My drinks can definitely be made better and more consistantly. But it's the employees that would rather mess around and be more social with each other than help a customer standing there. Sometimes order is wrong and its an inconvenience to them to fix it. Just my observation from today alone.

Editing this review months later and now in December:

Today's order that was 50% accurate. Following this visit, we have decided to take our business elsewhere as we are sick of the constant inconsistencies and inaccuracies of this location time and time again. Employees love being social with eachother or their cellphones more than the customer / their job. When things are wrong, there is 0 care or ownership for making the mistake and its all just going through the motions for them.

We come here often and very rarely have run into any issues. Employees have always been kind and helpful. We order iced coffee, donuts, refreshers and they've always been made correctly. Occasionally they will throw in some extra munchkins in the bag which always makes my kids' day.

Highly disappointed. Ordered a mocha cappuccino and was given a iced coffee mess of chopped ice. Very sad. This is the coffee before I took a sip! This is what my money went to?! Tf? I'd rather wait an extra minute for my coffee and have it be right then you going too fast and mess it up! There's a good 2 inches of coffee missing. Pls learn where your working, If your going to work at a coffee shop atleast try... or go get a different job. Tf. Tell me you can't make it, now you send me home with this sad excuse for a cappuccino. Will never go back. The fact you think it's okay to serve that is gross. Love the wasted money. Love that yall 100% in great conscious will serve this to customers! Dekalb is fantastic and nails it everytime I'll drive the extra bit!

Coffee is fine. The ham and cheese sliders were awful. Warm around the edges cold inside dried out. Yuck

The first thing is the food was not hot and barely warm. The second is that the dining area was very dirty: chairs had food from the day before and current,so bad that myself and others either stood or sat in the only ones that were okay enough to sit in which was about 3 seats out of 16 seats, Tables top was was just in comparison, mean while, the employees when they had a moment the they could come and clean they chose to stand and talk to each other and be on their phones instead. Not one of the greeted with a smile and they made most of the customers leave without a smile if they did or did not have a complaint. They handled the food with out gloves and made register exchanges and went right to handling food without cleaning their hands so, cross contamination is very much present. Overall, we are blessed to not get sick from the food we order from this establishment.

Waited 5 minutes for one of the many employees to wait on us. They were more interested in the drive up than the in store customers. No greeting from anyone. They saw us standing there, not one acknowledged our presence!! We walked out.

I ordered 4 croissants with bacon and egg and what are they doing? They measured one burnt one and put it all the way down. Look, when I got to work, it's not fair that they do that.

there was an OBSCENE amount of hair in my breakfast sandwich, and my mom almost got into a fist fight with one of the cashiers 💀 but hey, atleast my strawberry donut was good
