Came here Saturday at 9:30pm with a group of 4 wanting to play 2 games. We went up to get shoes and pay and were told 2 lanes to go to. I asked to make sure before going to the lanes that we were playing together and was told yes, it was 2 lanes for 2 games. Upon going to the lanes, we were split 2 people per lane for 1 game each. I went back up to ask about it and was told there wasn’t enough time for 4 people to play 2 games so he split us. I don’t know why this could not have been addressed when we paid? Who goes to a bowling alley with a group of 4 people and wants to be split up?? I asked if we could instead play 1 game so we can play together. The worker was obviously irritated, but agreed. This was addressed extremely unprofessionally. If the time was really that big of an issue, then say that when we are up there to pay, the time was never brought up with us until I went back up. Even when I asked to check before going, it was purposely not told to us we were being split. We did end up playing 2 games with the four of us and we left around 10:45pm. I will also add they don’t have the hours they close anywhere, online and on the schedule they have printed out o their counter it says “- close”. I won’t be going back because the way we were treated was not worth $46 bowling. To the business: If you want people out at a certain time to close, maybe actually have hours posted :) I was hopeful to have a fun time, but this place wasn’t it.

Not a good business plan to have the sticker on the window just say opening time -close. No exact time, and google saying 11. But on top of that close an hour early on a weekend.. was looking forward to bowling here again.. knew there was a reason we stopped coming.

Owner is just about the sweetest man I've ever met. My sons had so much fun and he was willing to be flexible hours wise so my boys (who were so excited to bowl) would be able to! Such a great experience and will definitely be back

Basic bowling alley. Food, alcohol and non alcoholic drinks plus bowling and pool. They have pool and a curved edged air hockey table as well as vending machines.

Me and my family come here all the time but last night the owner was discriminating against my family cause of their color. She had us escorted out. They have terrible customer service its very sad.

Waited 45 minutes for nachos that only take about 5 minutes to make. Went for a refund and the short grey haired lady wouldn't even give us a refund I don't care if it's already made nobody wants to wait and hour for nachos and then be rude about wanting a refund? Yeah will not be back.
This is a nice establishment.Staff was very friendly and helpful.There are things to do for all ages.I think you should have some smaller games for the younger children ages 3-10.Thank you

I grew up going to this place. It has really nice food and drink and I've made a lot of memories there. I also like that nothing is overpriced. Everything is reasonable. The place is clean and super nice. The people who are there to service you are always kind and have always started really good conversations. I really enjoy being there. One of my favorite places to bowl for all times.
