We tried to use the coupon plastered on their website and could not get it to work. We called multiple times and no one answered the phone. We ordered a more expensive option and when we picked it up asked about it. He said he would not accept that coupon even though it is advertised. Not only that but they had deactivated the ability to order any round original pizza, forcing us to a more expensive one. When we got our food home there barely any toppings on the pizza and they gave us the wrong pizza puffs. We will not be returning to the Sycamore location because we don't like getting ripped off.

Food was good, if not quite greasy, but that's just the way you'd hope a cheap pizza chain is.
Price is a little higher on some items here compared to other locations. But is it worth going somewhere else to literally save a buck?

As soon as you walk in you can tell this place is WELL managed. It looks clean, employees look like they are on top of their stuff, friendly staff, It was also the best Little Caesar's pizza I've had.
I will no longer go to the DeKalb Location, because I was impressed with this locations commitment to excellence. Keep up the good work, I'll gladly drive the extra few minutes to come here instead.

The manager is SO RUDE!! I will never order from this place again. I picked up 6 pizzas around noon- no issues the man at the front was very friendly. I later ordered an additional 4 pizzas that I was unable to pick up due to unforeseen circumstances. I called the phone number SEVERAL times- no answer. I even called the Dekalb location to ask if they had the sycamore number in case I was wrong- which I wasn’t. The lady from the Dekalb location informed me Sycamore Little Ceasers never answers their phone and advised me to go up there. This was around 3-4pm. I finally was able to get to Sycamore around 8pm and asked for a refund and when I did the manager literally interrogated me. He asked me what the exact reason was I needed to refund - to which I gave him and this made him more upset. He then proceeded to ask me for my name and phone number which I gave him- he said the phone number i provided was wrong and would not be issuing me the refund THEN I pulled out the app- showed him he still told me no because the number was wrong so I found the correct number in the app- gave it to him then he said nope- I need the confirmation number- mind you he was looking at the app I provided the screen shot and let him look at the order history on my phone… still he did not want to give me the refund so finally he yelled and was like DO YOU WANT THE REFUND OR PIZZA. I said refund… and he provided me the receipt finally and I asked about how many days it would take to back on my card and he said I don’t know and walked off… so sad that this place is still open when the manager is a complete jerk.

The manager here is extremely rude. I had a question about my order. He gave me an attitude for asking a question. When I told him he didn’t need to be so rude he told me not to come back. I’ll gladly comply until there’s new management or ownership.

Management sucks and he let's his employees talk bad I just got yelled because I ask for my receipt (cashier)and the one employee (from the kitchen) yelled at me why didn't I ask for one like what's wrong with them? I'm assuming they are family and owners never again buying at this location

SO RUDE! Came in to pick up my order and gave the guy my name…he asked for an order number and I said I didn’t have one. I gave him my phone number and last name. He said next time look at your phone and get the order number and you can enter it yourself with a crappy freaking attitude. So, I said sure. He said yeah. He entered the number and opened the machine. Didn’t even make eye contact. Freaking rude. Do your job. If you don’t like people, don’t work in customer service. It was completely accidental that I left my phone in my truck. I will never come back to this location.
