The manager is SO RUDE!! I will never order from this place again. I picked up 6 pizzas around noon- no issues the man at the front was very friendly. I later ordered an additional 4 pizzas that I was unable to pick up due to unforeseen circumstances. I called the phone number SEVERAL times- no answer. I even called the Dekalb location to ask if they had the sycamore number in case I was wrong- which I wasn’t. The lady from the Dekalb location informed me Sycamore Little Ceasers never answers their phone and advised me to go up there. This was around 3-4pm. I finally was able to get to Sycamore around 8pm and asked for a refund and when I did the manager literally interrogated me. He asked me what the exact reason was I needed to refund - to which I gave him and this made him more upset. He then proceeded to ask me for my name and phone number which I gave him- he said the phone number i provided was wrong and would not be issuing me the refund THEN I pulled out the app- showed him he still told me no because the number was wrong so I found the correct number in the app- gave it to him then he said nope- I need the confirmation number- mind you he was looking at the app I provided the screen shot and let him look at the order history on my phone… still he did not want to give me the refund so finally he yelled and was like DO YOU WANT THE REFUND OR PIZZA. I said refund… and he provided me the receipt finally and I asked about how many days it would take to back on my card and he said I don’t know and walked off… so sad that this place is still open when the manager is a complete jerk.

Management sucks and he let's his employees talk bad I just got yelled because I ask for my receipt (cashier)and the one employee (from the kitchen) yelled at me why didn't I ask for one like what's wrong with them? I'm assuming they are family and owners never again buying at this location Take your money somewhere else!!!!!!!

SO RUDE! Came in to pick up my order and gave the guy my name…he asked for an order number and I said I didn’t have one. I gave him my phone number and last name. He said next time look at your phone and get the order number and you can enter it yourself with a crappy freaking attitude. So, I said sure. He said yeah. He entered the number and opened the machine. Didn’t even make eye contact. Freaking rude. Do your job. If you don’t like people, don’t work in customer service. It was completely accidental that I left my phone in my truck. I will never come back to this location.

I made a mistake of ordering to the wrong location. I called the Sycamore location so I can tell them that my order was sent or made at the wrong location. Very very rude manager had answered my phone call. I highly recommend he takes some customer service lessons. He hung up on me when I was talking to him. I wanted to get a refund back to my car that I used to reorder my food to the location I was supposed to which I made a mistake. That was my fault but he hung up on me before I could tell him anything. I called back and he was really rude. I highly highly recommend that they speak with that manager. He said his name was Api I asked him if that's how you spelled it. He said yes. So I hope that I get my refund back within five to business days. Like he said if someone or an owner can speak with that person I would appreciate it

The staff is unbelievably rude and fail to give anybody the benefit of the doubt. I went in with my boyfriend to order take out pizza. I accidentally dropped food on the ground and used my wrapper to clean up as much as I could. I looked over the counter to see if they had a garbage I could throw it away in when one of the staff members starts yelling at me to stop and I said I was looking for a trash can. She proceeded to screamed no take it with you. When the other staff came back with our pizza my boyfriend asked for napkins. The guy started raising his voice at us saying "you come in here with food and make a mess and then don't clean it up you need to clean up your own mess." To which my boyfriend said what were we supposed to clean it with? I just asked for napkins. The guy then tried to say we never asked for napkins and started yelling to take our trash assuming we were planning on leaving our trash there. The staff here is unbelievably rude and I was astonished at their customer service and compassion.
