They know how to make a coffee. The nice lady always hands it to me with assurance that it has the things I paid for in the coffee. Much better than the DeKalb location, they do not know how to make coffee.

I was just in your store and all of your employees were having what seemed like a party at the counter. Yelling across the place as I stood there wondering if someone was going to take care of me. It was ridiculous and highly unprofessional.
