This place won't give it's employees a free meal while they work. Yall's margins that small you can't even do the bare minimum for your employees?

I came here to leave my own negative review of this McDonald's getting rid of the free employee meal and was pleasantly surprised to find that I wasn't the only one saying something about this.
I have worked in kitchens for 10+ years - franchises and local small businesses alike. How is it that a family-owned restaurant can provide meals for their employees but McDonald's is unwilling to do the same?
Seems like nothing more than corporate greed and a lack of care for their workers. I won't be dining here in the future and recommend you don't either.

Loved seeing the flowers while waiting for my food. Pretty fast and the lady who brought my food was lovely.

The staff here are incredibly nice and helpful. Anytime disabled, young, or elderly customers enter they are immediately greeted and asked if they need help. The staff even remember people’s names and know some of their customers and take extra effort to help them. I know it’s just a McDonald’s but I have to give a 5 because I am pleased by the helpfulness and dedication to service by the staff here. Rare to see now in food service (for understandable reasons; you don’t get paid to be nice). Perhaps I witnessed a good day, but I think this location deserves a 5/5 for the helpfulness and warmness of the staff alone. They are incredibly nice. Makes my day at the warehouse nearby a bit less terrible.

I will never return to this McDonald's again. Tania was rude, condescending and lacked customer service skills. She should never work in the customer service industry. The wait for your food is always long and then the food is cold. Terrible experience.

I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel and two hash browns. Got home, and it was a bacon bagel, and one of the hash browns was nice and hot, while the other one was about room temperature.
