The service here seems to always be bad. The service on the midnight shift however was some of the worst service. Can't follow simple directions and they'll bad mouth customers right in front of you.

I sat in drive thru for 20 min this morning. Food was cold. Understand the time of day, but they forgot my syrup and cutlery. Couldn't eat my pancakes.

Went to this restaurant for breakfast. I spent 1 hour going back and forth trying to get my right order. I ordered 2 big breakfasts but accidently ordered 4 big breakfasts on the app for a mobile order with no sausage. First time they forgot the pancakes. Second time through the drive through they only gave me one order. Third time they gave me sausage and no pancakes and the fourth time they gave me sausage and no pancakes. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I was so tired of the pitiful service and dragging my kids in and out in the bitter cold that on the last time I gave them back all there food on the counter told them here is all the good they gave me and I'm done. Did not take a refund as I was livid. Hopefully they use my money to hire better management.

They know how to make a coffee. The nice lady always hands it to me with assurance that it has the things I paid for in the coffee. Much better than the DeKalb location, they do not know how to make coffee.

Put in a mobil order, never received food. Went inside to get it and they said I can’t get my food, and can’t receive a refund. Costumer service was extremely rude and I am extremely disappointed
Did curbside pickup, waited for 40 minutes, went inside, she showed me my food, I showed her my receipt, she said I never checked in, then she threw away my food
