It gets three stars for a reason. It's a gamble in every aspect. A gamble if its open, if they have any baked goods and if they are good or fresh.My favorite thing was the cheesecake and i have never been avle to find it available again. I also have nejoyed some of the cookies but my favorites are either never available or taken of the menu. The website is useless so again its a constant gamble.On top of everything the website, Facebook and Instagram are useless and unreliable.

This place is so cute and definitely passed the vibe check! The staff is so friendly and gave me good intel on the town as we're new to the area. The cookies are AMAZING. I just assumed you can't get cute cookies that taste good ... either theyre ugly and taste great.... or they taste awful or are too hard and crumbly and are really cute... so I feared our personalized cookies would be hard because they're soooo adorable. But I was wrong. They were soft and the texture and taste was perfect. Could've eaten them all by myself! My daughter loved them. And they did this all last minute for me. I will be back for Thanksgiving and Christmas cookies!!!

I don't know why it took me so long to try this place out. But today was the first of many trips I'll make here. Too bad they aren't open more. But as a business owner myself, I get it. "Quality over quantity" is an accurate description. I love it.
Great tasting and large cookies but menu is strictly cookies and cakepops...very limited for a bakery. Wish they had more baked goods and drinks.

We ordered cookies for a baby shower and they turned out so cute. Not to mention delicious. Some decorated sugar cookies can be hard and dry but these are soft and just perfect. Would highly recommend!

Polkadot Bakery is top notch. The owner does all that she can to ensure that every dessert creation is perfection. You will not be disappointed with any of the desserts she makes. Not only are they works of art, but they taste amazing also! Polkadot also sells their cookies at our local Hy-Vee along with Kuiper's family farm. Their hours may appear limited, but there are ways to get around this. I always make sure to keep up with their Facebook page for updates, Instagram, and message them with any special requests well in advance. The owner is really good about updating everyone on what is available, and informing her customers on any changes. You must try their raspberry cheesecake and pumpkin squares!!
