The food is always great, but the last few visits for carryout have been horrible time-wise. Called in our order at 6:15 and told 1 hour (7:15). I arrived at 7:20 and told 10 more minutes... But 10 turned into 30. Not an apology... Paid full price.

This place is good it taste like Chicago thin crust pizza! I was raised in Chicago Northside and always had thin crust pizza from JB Alberto’s and this place reminds me of them! I recommend it!

We've ordered pizza from Sam's over 10 years and it has always been great. We moved so we've had to come in and dine in our last 2 trips. Our last experience wasn't great but maybe they were just having an off night. We called the order in and someone taking it wrote it down wrong. It takes over an hour to make the pizza even though we called it in 20 minutes in advance. We asked for the pizza well done. So it got to our table under cooked and missing toppings. It just was very bad and not edible. We drove all the way out here just for this pizza lol, so it was a bad experience we probably won't do again. But I didn't rate them low because they're usually great & if you live in Sycamore, it's the best pizza in town.

Tiramisu is amazing. Pizza is clean, not greasy like pizza villa. Order ahead of time, it took 50 minutes for 2 pizzas and dessert to be picked up.
