Is kinda OK? Sort of so so. Atmosphere is nice. Girls who took my order were OK. I ordered the number 1 sandwich on the sandwich menu. Cost about $10.00. And espresso coffee Cost about $5.00 The girls are fine who take your order. However the flavor of the sandwich was at best..OK? As I was finishing up my food the owner came out from the backroom and started talking to the girls who work the front counter. He began using profanity and foul language without any consideration for anyone else in his business. He left the impression on us that carrying himself in a business setting With a professional disposition didn't seem to be much of a priority with him. If you want repeat customers perhaps creating and maintaining a family Atmosphere would help attract more people. The other restaurants and people selling food were really doing great. It just me and a couple of others present at that time. Maybe somewhat of a wakeup call to the owner??? You only get one chance to make a good first impression. Overall. Besides the owner's language and vocabulary I would say it might be OK? The food honestly lacks flavor. Other restaurants and food places close by offer better value for your money. Not really much of a fan of this place but will give it 3 stars because of the girls who were nice

Cute place with delicious, fresh bagels and coffee. My kiddo wanted a little more chocolate in my his drink, and the barista took care of it immediately with a smile. This place is worth the 20 minute drive for us.
Friendly staff, good coffee and the cookies are a little slice of heaven.

The first time I went into Shawn's, I had a pretty negative experience. I was helped almost immediately as well as my sister who was with me. Both of our orders were ignored for at least a half hour. The owner did come over and apologized for the service and gave us treats but still forgot my sister's drink... I decided to give the shop a second shot and walked downtown because the drink I had was quite good. I went in at about 1:55 knowing that they closed at 3 which would have been plenty of time to get in and out. There were no signs or posts online that they would be closing earlier and I was told they were closing as I walked in. Quite disappointed.

Visiting the area and were thrilled to find a local coffee shop nearby. The service was fast and friendly. Coffee was hot and strong. If we were local this would be a regular stop.

Best bagel ever, super fresh n soft, the owner makes them from scratch every morning. Got the bagel bacon egg n cheese sandwich, nice think bacon. Super friendly owner. This is a must stop breakfast n lunch spot.
