I am not from the area, but it's worth the trip! The sandwich was juicy, tender, tasty, and big. I was helped by a very friendly and patient person who told me how others have ordered the sandwhich (with coleslaw on top). I took her suggestion and it tasted great. Thank you for making my first experience painless. I will be back!

Parking: It's in a strip mall. The parking is in front of the building. Plenty of spots.

I've been eating Slow Smoke BBQ for almost 10 years. The pulled pork and beef brisket are the best around!!! I recommend the ranch potato salad and the cowboy beans for their sides. All of the barbecue and Carolina sauces are delicious. Great food, good prices.

I remember when Dan had his trailer down the street from my business in 2014. I was going there and buying not one, but two sandwiches. Often. That's how good it is and I still go there to this day. The beef brisket sandwich is my favorite. They have more options now and I also would recommend the turkey. Great place to go if you're in the area and want something that reminds you of cooking in your backyard.

Best mac and cheese around!

One of the best places to have lunch at after morning court in DeKalb County (located in sycamore). Their Italian beef is much better than the sloppy mess of Portillo's. Their Mac and cheese is tasty for both kids and adults! And the best thing on the menu just might be the sausage!

Had the 3 meat platter. I wouldn't call it a PLATTER. Turkey was dry, and the brisket was alright. Pulled pork was decent. You get 1 side, I got the corn casserole. That was good. Wouldn't mind a few more jalapinos bits in it. Bobs sauce was the saver for the dry meat.

Came here for the first time yesterday. I've been looking for good BBQ in DeKalb and I found. This place was amazing. Hot and freshly cooked food. The restaurant was so clean and the staff were so friendly and amazing. And when I asked for extra rolls they were so nice and patient in trying to figure out how to charge for it because it usually just came with the meal. But I wanted extras and they made it happen. And it was worth it because it was so good with the meat platter. We also tried the Italian beef which was amazing. Probably better than portillos. And the pull porked sandwiches were so good, I might have to buy 4 of them next time. We plan on going back on a Saturday to get some of those slabs of ribs. Definitely check this place out if you want good BBQ. You won't regret it.
