3 times, now I've had my Oatmilk switched out with Almond milk without being asked by the employee's, they really should be asking customer's if it is okay to switch out a requested milk, especially with considerable alleries. Thankfully I am not allergic to nuts, however I make specific requests because I do have other dietary restrictions. I'd hate to think of someone who has a severe allergy to nuts and them to just have something swapped out without being asked and then having a severe reaction. Employee's here need to be more mindful of substitutions.

This Starbucks is commonly busy but the batistas are always kind and make amazing drinks! It is truly the Starbucks A-Team. I always pick this one and make the extra drive.

I bought “LITE” Thousand Island by mistake. Put it in my pantry because I was going to use it and threw away my receipt. BUT Jewel won’t do an even exchange without my receipt. I used my phone number when I purchased it. But I have to tell them the date even the isle number from when I purchased it. I make mistakes when I purchase things like most people. I’m usually in a hurry. I just wanted an exchange!! So I’ll just have to go somewhere else that will do even exchanges in case I make another mistake. I can’t afford to make one at Jewel again it could be costly. If I kept the receipts for everything I buy, even just jewel, what a pile it would be. I keep receipts for things I might not use, not stuff I plan on keeping. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
They need more training. Barista’s should know who to grind your coffee according to the filter shape. You’re supposed to be the experts! I guess I am!
Why are you allowing one person to hold all of the green Halloween Starbucks cups? Everyone should have a fair chance. You should fix this.

Employee Sarah is rude and does not know what shes doing. Otherwise the place is fine but Sarah is awful.
Slow and inconsistent inside jewel
I’ve always been here and had a few problems with my orders but today i went and a black girl (not racist) she has short hair, took my order it’s my first time seeing her there, terrible customer service. She was in a hurry even though i was the only one there, didn’t give me time to see what i wanted to order, she made me feel rushed, and gave me my cup all sticky with caramel syrup not clean at all. I will not be ordering when she’s there. Bad customer service!!
They don’t listen to your older. They get it wrong 50% of the time. Will not come back to this one. Ridiculous !

Worst experience EVER! Ordered 2 deli trays 2 weeks ago to be picked up today. Got there and they didn’t have my order nor the items needed to make it. Sold me someone else’s cancelled order which wasn’t even close to what I ordered and then had the NERVE to charge me full price. Don’t risk it. So many other places to choose from. Lesson learned for us
I ordered catering from them this weekend. when I went to pick it up they did not have my order. They made it right and even delivered it to me to make up for it. Thanks to the managers who did this for me. The chicken was excellent.
I love going here and everyone is great! Recently a girl named Sarah was hired. Every time I go there and she is working, she doesn’t understand basic questions about the drink nor even how to make them. She is very slow. One time I watched her try and open a jug of milk for about 30 seconds. Now it’s not the slow that bothers me but the last two times I’ve gone, she has been extremely rude. I asked if I could add an extra shot to my drink, she stared at me and said “I guess” in the most rude tone. When I told her I was going to pay with part cash part card she said “you do you.” Such an odd experience and I think it’s time Starbucks addresses these issues.
The personal has no idea what is doing, and don’t have the ingredients for the basic drinks and still sell it to you.
I love everyone here but today I went and Emma was not good! She messed up two peoples orders right in front of me and she was passing a whole bunch of drinks to her co worker to make and she wasn’t even helping her!! I feel so bad for the co worker
