When I stopped in, it wasn’t even busy no, no one else was in there, but someone who had already ordered. I ordered a cold brew and stood there for 20 minutes. Finally someone who had ordered after me got theirs and the girl literally said oops sorry I forgot yours. Maybe you should retrain your staff. Not sure how you forget someone who’s standing right in front of you.

EVERYTIME I place an order in app it’ll say completed then when I get to Starbucks I’m waiting 5+ minutes when I order ahead for a reason ! To top it off they’re not even busy when I place the order. They’ve messed my order up numerous times! To the point I get tired of calling because I never receive the free drinks they offer to replace bc I order thru the app so it’s so much money lost, if they weren’t the only one on my way to work I would’ve stopped going to them a long time ago

Hello i have a question on sat sept 23, 2025 in the morning i made an order in the morning 9:12 am to 9:24am it was a pick up and i accidentally i dropped an evalope with money ! Its was from FNBO.. i did do a police report .
This is my fav Starbucks at the dekalb-sycamore area. Everyone’s always super nice. Sometimes you have to wait a little, but it’s ok bc it’s Starbucks, obviously it’s gonna be busy sometimes. My drinks are always soooo good. I would def recommend

Other than being slow, today I recieved an unfull venti drink. Their solution was to add more milk, which I refused. If I'm crazy enough to buy a $6 drink, it should at least be full.

I Love coffee and when I first walked into this store I thought it was very clean. However, the individual (larger man with a strange mustache) that rang up my order was Extremely Rude!! He was SO rude in fact, that I will NOT ever be returning to this starbucks! It also took Forever to get my order!
