Taco King & Chinese Food

Tried it and loved the fried rice. Even had a taco. Yummy

Not very good tacos, I was hungry and decided to give this spot a try since my favorite spot in Sycamore (Buffalo's Grill) is closed on Sundays. I mean it is an odd combo of having Chinese and Mexican food. So I should have gone in with low expectations. And the food was horrible. I ordered Al pastor tacos and an asada torta. You could really just go to any of the grocery stores and get yourself the same marinated pork and make your own tacos. It's the same meat. As for the torta the bread seemed old. And who doesn't put double tortilla on tacos? For the people that gave this place a good review... Do you have any taste buds? Oh and almost no meat on in the tacos.

Chinese food is awesome...that being said the Mexican food suvkd. Rye ice tastes wrong, chops taste like wontons. Beans are runny like water, the steak in the burrito is barely chewable. Their Pico de gallo sucked also. They will continue to be my Go to chinese food place but I will never order Mexican food from them again.

The best Chinese in DeKalb County! Taco King has incredible Chinese food. The quality is always great. The service is quick. I like the Chicken and Vegetable meal with brown sauce or the Kung Pao chicken. (Both pictured.)

Absolutely disgusting we order a steak taco dinner and a steak burrito dinner and both meal has very runny beans that tasted very old and all the food was cold and rubbery as well as the steak from both of our meals were gray looking. We brought it back and the lady told us that we only get some of our money back but not all of it since we had bitten into the food... waste of my $20 will not be going back at all!

I have tried all the chinese food around dekalb and sycamore and for me this is the best place. While the others r good but this place is top notch. Delicious, the restaurant is clean and the lady that works there and the lady cook are super nice. Totally recommend this place. Haven't tried the tacos yet but will soon.

The Chinese food is delicious! Haven't tried any Mexican food yet. We've been twice so far and will definitely be back. I like how you can order online and you don't have to get your credit card out, you pay when you pick up.

We ordered Chinese and Mexican food. The pork burrito is very well put together. No pockets of one flavor like at many other restaurants. You get every flavor in each bite. Delicious!The fried rice is fantastic. So many other places dry out the rice while cooking, but this fried rice is so moist and flavorful! Will definitely be ordering again.The steamed dumplings are alright. The sauce they come with is tasty, though. They'll satisfy your dumpling craving, but not do much else.The curry chicken is SPICY. The curry flavor gets lost in the spice, but the chicken is very well prepared. All of the meat here is very well prepared, really.Overall a great first experience, and I'm excited to go back!

Excellent mexican dishes. Had 2 different tacos and pork burrito. All of it was delicious.Shrimp fried rice was amazing. A lot of places will give you tiny little shrimps but these were normal sized and cooked excellently. Fried rice was the house favorite tonight! Will be getting again for sure!Will have to try more Chinese options. Steamed dumplings were okay. Not bad just not great. The dumpling sauce however was another hit. 10/10Tried curry chicken and it smelled great but fell a little flat. It also ended up being a bit too spicy and not enough flavor to make it worth it. But everything else will make me come back to try more againBonus: the staff seems friendly and welcoming. Brief interactions cause of covid but I'm looking forward to coming back when it's safer

Me and a buddy from work stopped in and ordered some tacos. Steak tacos. The steak was cut very small but that wasnt the problem. The problem was i ordered 4 steak tacos but had to dump it all into 1 to make a satisfying taco. Proportion sucks. I self learned lesson is never forgotten! Wont be giving them anymore money! And heres your bad review.

Very friendly staff and speedy delivery! The food is always delicious and hot! We love their burritos and their fried rices. There was even a mistake on one order recently and they were very good to replace the item and make sure we were happy! I will keep ordering from them!!
