We visited the restaurant last week, and unfortunately the exact same issue happened for the second time in a row. After waiting for almost an hour, the manager came to our table and casually said, “I have bad news — we lost your order, could you tell me what you had requested?”
This situation reflects not only a serious operational failure, but also a lack of respect for the customer. There was no follow-up, no internal control, and no proper handling of the mistake.
This type of failure is unacceptable for a restaurant of this brand. If a customer has to wait almost an hour just to be told their order was “lost,” it means the processes are completely out of control. Customers deserve serious and responsible service, not improvisation. For now, we will not be returning, and we cannot recommend this location until these issues are corrected.
We do the chicken critters take out family meal. It’s $45 and SO much food. They are delicious as well.

91 bucks for 2 , just pop, was good but they don't know difference between rare and med rare, had to send back and then kept the tater, so had to wait for that again too, but mine was great

I think the only complaint I have was it was a little difficult to accommodate our party of 9. They managed but I think it could have been arranged better. Service was good though and wood excellent
