Love the food.The lighting is so bad! Please change the terrible blue colored light bulbs. So bad! Everyone I have talked to about the Forge has brought up the lighting before anything else. I think people would like your restaurant better if you had warmer lighting!

As someone who has gone to the Forge numerous times, on any other day I’d give them a great review. The full time bartender/server there (who normally is our server) is prompt with her service, our drinks are never empty and the food is always fantastic.Tonight was a nightmare in regards to our experience. Our server, whose name we don’t know because she didn’t introduce herself to us, stopped by with our waters, then left shortly after. She came back to ask our drink orders but left without asking if we needed more time or whether we were ready to order. While our menus sat in the middle of the table because we had already decided what we wanted to eat, she proceeded to visit every other table, talk to other coworkers, and then stand directly across from us while she did side tasks. After almost twenty minutes of waiting and staring at her, at which point our drinks were nearly empty, she finally came up to take our order.She didn’t stop at our table for the rest of the night.Another employee delivered our food, solely because it seemed to be in the way of where he wanted to hide on his phone and where the coworkers he wanted to talk to were. Our server constantly passed by our table of empty cups, looked at our table, and proceeded on her way. It was almost comical how frequently my date laughed at the fact that, “this time she’s gotta stop and at least ask how everything is or if we need anything,” with how often our server would look our way or walk by...but she never did. Someone else entirely came up to our table long after we finished to see how we were doing, completely aware that we were unhappy. And while I appreciate her efforts in bringing over our check and to-go containers, it was crazy how the awful service ruined our meal completely.As I stated, normally the great meal and service go hand in hand here. But after spending around 1.5 hours inside and only being acknowledged for maybe a total of ten minutes, I question whether I’ll be back.

I had an out of town guest dinner gathering for my daughter’s wedding (22 people). It was a great experience and praised by all my relatives. We had the back room and the outside dining area. It was perfect. The food was great and they were even able to accommodate a special request I had. Thank you to Lisa for managing it and to Phillip our server. Bill

Food is always really good. Staff has been wonderful. Beer is good and fair priced. But, watch your bill for extra beer quantities! We were told there is NO way they could credit us. So, drink more or look the other way. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars! Drink more? My job is based on my driver's license.

I dont recommend any appetizers. Th3 Spinach artichoke dip is nothing but melted swiss cheese with salty pretzel bread. And the jalapeño poppers are not what you would expect them to be. Limited drink menu. Wine selection is good though. I would recommend a beer flight or wine and a pizza.

Service was a little slow despite not being busy but food was good, the root beer float was amazing, ambiance very cool and the place was clean.
Beer and pizza MY comfort food! Our friendly server was cute as a button, with soft blond hair on one side, and chestnut brown on the other. She served us with a smile and great efficiency! The restaurant was new and we liked the beer so much! I would recommend this place for a fun date night for any age.

First time there and very enjoyable. Liked the handmade pizza. Crust was just right and fresh mozzarella cheese was excellent. Service was very good. Would recommend it. Definitely targeted for lunch and evening crowd.

I went here when it first opened at the other sycamore location. I wasn't impressed then, I did flights and they all tasted like grapefruit at the time. Years went by, went to the downtown location last week. I did flights, I had pizza, let me tell u they have perfected their craft! The beer was amazing! And the pizza was good. The cheese sauce I had with my pretzels though was really good, wasn't expecting that. I'm glad I gave it a second chance!

Bourbon old fashioned was good. But get there early if you want to try their weekly special pizza. I tried and was told that they ran out of their supply for the day. It was 6pm on a Sunday.

Excellent beers, we enjoyed the pizza and flatbreads and sandwiches, my kids liked the root beer a lot, my only suggestion would be to add kettle chips or fries to the sandwiches as that would make the experience more kid/family friendly as the kids did not want the sides offered, but overall a good dining experience.
