Nothing against the people that work here, much better ran and cleaner than the dekalb Wendys, but their district manager has apparently decided to end their military discount entirely... right after Veterans day to. Shame on them.

We had an issue with our gift card on the mobile wallet and they were so helpful and kind with our order, we didn’t get his name but it was the manager we believe. Great service. Also just well worth the trip to this Wendy’s versus the other one nearby, they’re quick and kind here!

This Wendy’s compared to the other one BIG DIFFERENCE. The Wendy’s in Dekalb is unwelcoming, rude staff, and they give you an attitude even while you’re trying to be nice. This Wendy’s the workers have all been kind, nothing has been wrong w my food, and I don’t get an attitude from anyone.

This location doesnt cook their fries all the way. We gave them another try Oct 4 2025 and got 2 large fries that were undercooked and tasted horrible. Wendy's has my favorite fries but this location always undercooked their fries. They were good when they first opened. Waste of money.

Great service quick order off the kiosk and wearing white socks jersey and baseball hat was happy to me me she was a fan and happy for the new draft pick is a high school student!!
So me and my wife went to Wendy’s and the first time around the manager was nice and it was yes ma’am no ma’am and everything and then I went to pick up my son from Taco Bell and she wanted another cheeseburger with no pickles so I went at 10:15 1010 and my wife is telling about how the bread was like still and hard and his reply was I don’t know what to tell you

23 May 2025 after placing an order asking for butter on both buns of my sausage cheese McMuffin. I noticed that the cook was not doing that I gesture to her to place it on both sides of the bun. Cash register attendant told me in the future to ask through her, not to talk to the cook that if I could not do that, I would be asked to leave. 8:15 in the morning

Never had such a bad experience at a wendy’s. Fries were all soggy and undercooked (usually the opposite at this chain) Burger was dripping grease through the bag by the time I got back to the hotel. WHOLE ONION SLICES in the chili. Disgusting and inedible, incompetent employees.

I love Wendy's but do not go to the drive-thru here. They consistently forget atleast one item on the order. But don't worry they are getting better this time it was half the order they forgot.
The cherry on top. Got a chicken nugget kids meal, no sause. They gave me the sauce but not the nuggets. My toddler loved that. Thanks Sycamore Wendy's!
