We had an issue with our gift card on the mobile wallet and they were so helpful and kind with our order, we didn’t get his name but it was the manager we believe. Great service. Also just well worth the trip to this Wendy’s versus the other one nearby, they’re quick and kind here!
This Wendy’s compared to the other one BIG DIFFERENCE. The Wendy’s in Dekalb is unwelcoming, rude staff, and they give you an attitude even while you’re trying to be nice. This Wendy’s the workers have all been kind, nothing has been wrong w my food, and I don’t get an attitude from anyone.
I rarely eat fast food. If I do it's Wendys for a small chili with cheese and crackers and of course a small chocolate frosty. This place has pleasant service ( drive thru) chili is good along with the excellent frosty. I gave the atmosphere a neutral 3 because I didn't go inside.
