I ordered in the website to deliver my food to my dorm and they never sent me my food. I call again and they told me that it was not their issue,and it was the doordash issue. They made me call costumer service for doordash and they told me that is not their issue because I order at the wingstop restaurant website. I did call back at wingstop and they didnt want me to send me my food or give me a refund.
So now I'm just hungry and with no money.

I genuinely recommend nobody go here I order 30 boneless wings and 2 voodoo fries and somehow got ZERO chicken wings on my delivery and only 1 order of fries and they were cold... I recommend EVERYONE stay clear of this place

Come here all the time, sometimes there is a wait but they are consistently packed, so cant blame them. Food is always good and fresh.
Was left on hold forn10 minutes gave up was told they were really busy and had turned phones off… there was nothing going on when I arrived 3 employees sitting in back and the one who sauntered up to register greet me. I would find some other joint to order from.

Food was awful. There was barely any sauce and or seasoning on the wings. There was a pool of grease at the bottoms of our wings as well. I was missing a dip, a whole basket of large fries, and 12 total wings. The drink I ordered was wrong as well. Absolutely horrible service, will not be ordering again.

Extremely rude to us because we were white. Spoke rudly, ignored us, thee my change at me, threw my food down on the counter
Mind you the people of her same race were treated with smiles, curtesy, and handed them their food. Us? Nope, thee it down and told us we can’t eat in the store, but the black people like the cashier, could do whatever they wanted.

this place was ridiculous, I get being short staffed I’ve been there, but when you’re gonna be rude to the white people in the store and nice to the other people of your race is kinda messed up. Was super nice, but she handed the other people their food and just threw ours on the counter. Also took 30 minutes for just two combos…cmon

Place needs help with cooks. Extremely slow service. Waited 30 minutes for a doordash pick up. Unsigned the order. Deliver another order. Got another order back to wingstop and the first order that I unsigned myself still wasn't even ready. The one guy who doing all the cooking is champ. Wish he had the help. Give that man pay raise. He definitely deserves it.

Good food. Service speed is abysmal. Placed the order online at 6:51pm, got it ONE HOUR LATER...after standing there waiting for over 30+ minutes. Watched the screen as order numbers after mine got completed first. Walk-ins were being turned away and told to order online with a wait time of 45-60 minutes. Edit: Didn't realize we ordered bone and not boneless so the entire meal went in the trash. Never got non-boneless wings before and they did not taste anywhere near the same. The corn was way too spicy and the fries were good but mostly floppy/soft.
