I’ve been eating for 40 years. Not once was my experience as good as it was this afternoon. This is hands down the best Monical’s. It’s also the first, which is pretty cool.

So my review is based on other things because of the situation and I meant to write it sooner. We broke down driving in front of this resteraunt while traveling for work. The staff was so sweet to us. They helped us contact people in the area to get our truck going, provided us with a warm space, food and a drink. The hospitality was great. If im ever in the area again, I will be back!

Warned them 2 days in advance that large family arriving. Had to request drinks multiple times. Had to request salads multiple times. Pizzas arrived probably an hour after we artived. One server for 20 guests. Pizza is not what it used to be. French salad dressing is not what it used to be. Ralph Monical would be embatrased. Not returning!

I came with the family. Perfect pizza (recommend thin crust) nice workers usually not that busy if you come on Wednesday. JUST PERFECT 🤩 10/10 sauce too!

So much better than what I remembered a few years ago.
Always good. Unfortunately I now need to request a "crispy" crust. Never had to do that before. Same at Urbana Monicals and Tolono Monicals. I remember when the crusts were always crispy.
