Called ahead to reserve a table big enough for 20 for our senior group from church to have lunch. The lady on the phone was very nice and said it wouldn’t be a problem. When I arrived (about 15 min early) I was “greeted” by the “boss” who was very rude and kept demanding to know how many were coming. I said I called for 20 and that is usually how many show up. (We are pretty casual so I don’t always know but usually have 20) He made us stand at the door until just after 11:30am to see how many would arrive. We had 15 at that point so he seated us and told me that was all he was seating us for. Shortly after we were seated guess what 4 more showed up so I had 19. I just don’t understand why he had to continually be rude to our group and we ended up with how many I originally requested seating for (1 left worried we wouldn’t have enough room). The waitstaff was great and the food was good. We have done this one other time with no problem but very disappointed this time with how we were treated by the “boss”.

Wow. Absolutely delicious. This is where I want to eat when I’m craving homemade “American” cuisine. I ate my entire salad. The ranch dressing is homemade and so delicious. The Philly Steak sandwich is like a warm hug for your belly. The chicken dumpling soup is old fashioned and so flavorful. I am definitely coming back.

Great service! Busy night - we were seated within minutes of arriving. Service was awesome. Even with a full crowd -we were able to talk at our table without having to talk loudly. Great restaurant

We had a group of 15 plus this afternoon, staff was very friendly accommodating, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Everyone was pleased. I definitely will be back. I give it a 10

The water needs to looked at by the health department. It tastes moldy and affects the coffee and soda as well. I felt sick seconds after tasting the mildewy moldy water. Tastes like it was filtered through a coleman cooler from the 90’s that someone left moist rags in.
