Called ahead to reserve a table big enough for 20 for our senior group from church to have lunch. The lady on the phone was very nice and said it wouldn’t be a problem. When I arrived (about 15 min early) I was “greeted” by the “boss” who was very rude and kept demanding to know how many were coming. I said I called for 20 and that is usually how many show up. I have been a part of the foodservice industry for 54 years and know much about foodservice. Jack's is among a handfull of foodservice operations that I have frequented who do EVERYTHING the best. Serving temps, taste, cleanliness, prompt service, pleasant atmosphere. This is an amazing restaurant that is guaranteed to please. I highly recommend dining here.
Wow. Absolutely delicious. This is where I want to eat when I’m craving homemade “American” cuisine. I ate my entire salad. The ranch dressing is homemade and so delicious. The Philly Steak sandwich is like a warm hug for your belly. The chicken dumpling soup is old fashioned and so flavorful. I am definitely coming back.
