The food was cold, chicken sandwich was reheated and chicken tasted stale, they repalced it but it was just the same. The fries were spongy and cold. I spoke to the overly aggressive manager, she said she was having a bad day and short handed. I think that's a bad excuse, they were not busy at all and even of short handed they should have been able to serve what people are paying for.

It seems everything I have ordered food with specific instructions they ALWAYS get it wrong! Not sure will ever go back when no one can read or follow instructions!!!!

Went to the Troy IL location. Made it through the drive thru line pretty quick. Although the drive thru attendant is friendly, they need to give some attention to special requests. I usually I request no ice, because of sensitive teeth, my drink almost always has ice in it. Also, extremely sad that when you replace a small beverage for a coffee you pay more than $1 more. I'm pretty sure coffee costs more than soda.

My son says, " it tastes weird." Took a look and an obvious burnt sausage biscuit. This was my son's breakfast before school, running late. Thankfully we also ordered hash browns that weren't burnt. You can do better Burger King!

I had a terrible experience on the weekend because as my wife grabbed the bag through the window it tore and the food fell to the ground, I understand they are busy and stressed to push orders, my wife was frustrated due to we didn’t get the food, and had a bad night, I waited a day and went back to the manager on Monday. As I explained my situation she listened to me and gladly replaced my meal. I appreciate your honor and care. It was a treat for my kids and they will enjoy it today.

I ordered two chicken crispy sandwiches, one fish sandwich, and a 8 piece mozzarella sticks. The chicken sandwiches felt like rubber like it was refried and the mozzarella sticks where overcooked. The fish was good 4 out of 5 for the fish.
My daughter left her purse in the bathroom when we drove through on a road trip, while still 4 hours from our house. She didn't miss it for several days. We located it via air tag at this burger king, called them, and they went out of their way to mail it back to us (I covered the cost of shipping.) Above and beyond and much appreciated
