Wasn’t fully able to have it my way at BK. The King would be disappointed unfortunately. Ordered and got my cup for my drink and they were out of at least 5 different sodas I wanted. The wait was also definitely out of the realm of normal waiting time for a fast food restaurant and there were many people waiting on their food in front of me.

Absolutely disgusting breakfast, couldn’t even eat it. Smelled so badly of fish coming from inside the restaraunt and the food tasted like dirty fishy grease. Literally can’t get the taste out of my mouth after one nibble. Staff seemed visibly agitated and annoyed with each other. I always think, oh, I’ll just grab some fast food because it’s cheaper than going to a nicer place, but at this rate I’m just throwing away money at these cheap places that don’t care. Have some pride in your job!

Order 4 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns and it was all cold it was a Togo Order and only live about 3 minutes away. It's usually good and hot but not today

HARD HEAD what's so hard about listening noone was in line smfh I said no pork and what do I get. Burger nees to be fined . When staff eating I bet they wouldn't count this as food.

So we came in at 2pm. They took our order food came quickly. We told the girl behind the counter the tables were dirty she came out immediately with another person and both cleaned the entire place. Tables, floors, walls they cleaned everything. I made sure to pull the girl aside and tell her thank you for acting so quickly. Great food and people. The only BK we will go to and we live on the opposite side of Edwardsville where there are 2 other locations closer to me.

I went through the drive-thru around 1pm on a Tuesday. The woman taking the order at the speaker cut me off every time I started to say something and rushed me to make an order. Then when I got to the window to pay she didn’t say anything at all and grabbed my card while holding a lukewarm, wet, dirty cup of tea with no ice for me to take. And a wet straw. Gave me my food and didn’t say a word. Just handed me the bag and shut the window. RUDE rude rude And the food sucks. The onion rings are mushy and cold and taste weird, and the burger is old. I didn’t even attempt to drink the tea…just threw it away immediately. I tried 2 onion rings and threw those away also. Took one bite of the burger and it went in the trash. My last time here.

We had Whopper meals. We got union rings instead of fries, very tasty. The Whoppers were okay, a bit bland. They came with large drinks. Around $15 for two meals with coupon.
