I love Cracker Barrel but why did u take ham(except for breakfast), roast beef, chicken & dumplings off the menu? You also took the 3 side option off! I know you now offer pot roast, not the same! You dont even have an extra menu for breakfast! Don't like it!

We ordered two of the heat n serve meals that feed 4-6 people at $119 a piece for Thanksgiving. Pick up was a breeze and the rep that brought the big boxes of our meals out was very kind, explained everything and had a great attitude! The meal itself was just not like the dining in meal. The green beans tasted like an aluminum can, the dressing was wet and gritty and the sweet potatoes were terribly bland. I called and spoke with Heather the manager and she apologized. This has been the worst meal I’ve had from there and I know the indoor dining food isn’t like this as I’ve eaten there many times. Think before putting so much into a meal for a special holiday.

Joey is phenomenal- he is the best waiter and very attentive. We had a table of 10! Then we returned with a table of 18 and Alexandria kicked ass and took names - this place is a regular gathering spot for us when our family comes from out of town

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE ONLINE call center! It took 3 calls and I eventually had to place my order on the website (I wanted to talk to a human). Every time I called the call center told me that I couldn’t order certain menu items. One time it was okra, one time it was even chicken and dumplings- which is a staple! They told me that they removed it from the menu for the 3 weeks leading up to Thanksgiving and that I would be available after that time. The 3rd time I called they told me that the whole system is down and to call back in 30 mins. The staff at my local restaurant were friendly and helpful so I gave 2 stars but I will never order a pick up order again!
