😀We enjoy going to Cracker Barrel. We wish you would bring back the great soups from the past! Chicken Noodle & Potato Soup & Clam Chowder & just give us more choices!
Took my 2 Granddaughters for Lunch to the Cracker Barrel in Troy, IL. Everything was EXCELLENT! Our Server was very attentive and the Food was Great! The Girls LOVED picking out 2 items from the Clearance Area! They were very Happy to see so many items to choose from! They said, ‘this is our new Favorite Place to Eat!’
Went to cracker Barrell In Troy. We really enjoyed it. I like the expanded menu. Really have a lot of options. One of our favorite places to go been going for about 15 years

On our travels we ate a lot at cracker barrels. Most of them have RV parking in the back which is very convenient for us . And they do have overnight stays.
Fast, friendly service. Our server was very attentive, he had our orders out quickly. The hash brown casserole entree with bacon was great.
I waited about an hour for my chicken and dumpling meal to be brought to me st curbside pick up. It was good good but no one should have to wait for there food that long for curbside pick up.
Service was a little slow, and when she made a mistake, she couldn't just say sorry and correct it. She had to say she was sure we said with lemon, instead of with no lemon.
Joey was an absolutely fantastic server! We couldn't have asked for anything better!

We normally do not say anything, but our food was cold and especially the biscuits. They felt like they had just been taken out of the refrigerator. It was busy during the time we were there, but our food should have been hot and it was not. We have been to other Cracker Barrells that have been just as busy and not had any issue with the temperature of our food or the service.
My son and I went last nite at 9 pm. Used to get the roast beef, but they no longer have it, so I ordered the pot roast. Very good, and tender, but more mashed potatoes and a bit less gravy would have been perfect! Taste was great. My son had the chicken breast with bacon and maple glaze. He is picky, but said it was excellent! Look forward to going again!
New campfire chicken was great.
The food was great. Our waitress was friendly and did a good job. The kitchen was struggling to keep up. But our food was hot and perfect when we got it. Maybe someone called off.
