First, I understand staff shortages. We are living in crazy times.
Now, the young lady working drive thru this afternoon around 1:30 was not very friendly and punched in my order wrong after asking me and reading it back. She seemed miserable and definitely showed it.
She genuinely seemed unhappy and did not want to be there. The attitude makes me consider not returning to that location.

Ordered a chocolate malt. It wasn't even mixed up and had chunks of malt floating around in a thin milky mess. A bunch of kids running the place. Very slow service. Will never stop there again.

Ordered hot fudge sundae through drive through. When I got home and pulled it from the bag there was only ice cream and NO hot fudge.

Avoid the drive through. 15 minutes waiting and counting. Staff appears to be all children with no adult supervision. It's a little sad...Update: after 20 minutes and getting to the front of the line, the kids let me know that their wifi is down and they can't process orders. A simple announcement would have saved a lot of wasted time.
They was rude went though the drive thru and the lady was so rude spent $30 on blizzards asked for two pup cups and the lady told me I could only have one cause I didn’t have two dogs in the car. I have a senior dog that doesn’t go on car rides anymore. I could see if I didn’t spend any money and just wanted free ice cream but I spent more than enough .
