First time at this location and it was a pleasant experience. The eating area was clean and the service was very accommodating. DQ is getting expensive but the app and available coupons really helped.

Strict on ingredients. Ordered a large chocolate chip cookie dough and only had 7 cookie dough chunks.

Came in at 11am on December 19. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come up front to take our order. The young man acted like it was so inconvenient for him. He gave the total and immediately tried to walk away even though we still had a question. Never again.

Asked for extra sauce on my burger and got half of what you normally get. Said something and wasn't offered anymore.

Came through drive through today, no greeting just more of a “ what do you want, is that all” type of attitude. Got a cheeseburger combo with a blizzard. The ice cream tastes like the machines don’t get cleaned, or properly cleaned… like a spoiled milk tastes. ( not the first time it’s been like that at this location) also the cheeseburger bread was stale. Fries were good

This location has the best service, cleanest lobby and best sodas choices of all DQ's in the area.

Nothing was available and worst of all, the employees were rude and dismissive.

Better than most highway fast food. It was served hot, fast and with a smile. If we hadn't been in a hurry, we would have stayed for a frozen treat as well. We will likely make this our new stop there rather than Arby's, who could learn a thing or two about food service from this DW.

Note to self, this dairy queen does not let truck drivers come to the window to order.

The girl working the drive thru window clearly didn't want to be there. therefore the customer service was non existent and kind of hostile. The food was ice cold, it tasted like they may have microwaved the fries. when i asked if the chicken tenders basket came with ranch, she said no. When i asked if i could have some ranch, she rolled her eyes and walked away. i've worked in Troy for 2 years and this is my first trip to Dairy Queen, all of my co-workers warned me about how bad the service is there. clearly they were correct, which is sad. I don't like leaving a bad review, but the service and food were so poor, I felt the need to say something. Hopefully management or the owner can fix their issues.

Jacob, we were dining in tonight as well when you went through the drive-thru. Our experience was as bad as yours. We received our food with ice cold buns that felt like they just came out of the freezer. The hamburger patties were ice cold and the cheese never melted. The bad thing is, is that it was brought to us like that. Took the order up front and waited for almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Watching 4 workers talking to each other while there multiple orders sitting under the heat lamps and customers waiting for their food. We got the impression from the workers attitudes that we interrupted their happy hour. That being said, we will no longer go back there.
