I will never ever order from this domino's ever again. I ordered a pizza at 4:59 and two hours later never received it. Called and spoke with the general manager who was extremely apathetic and assured me my order was on the way. 47 minutes later, still no pizza. The GM says he accidentally cancelled and/or gave our order to someone else. Then he states we have been refunded. We never were told our order was cancelled. He says, "uh, sorry?". Ordered our food 1&1/2 hrs ago. Called 40 min ago to see where is was. Just called again said it will be 10 more min. ...????? What’s the deal? I never write bad reviews but this is crazy. Sunday night dinner will be a bad time snack for the kids I guess..
Side note: they are being apologetic and kind to speak to about the situation, but I just don’t understand.
I have been waiting over an hour for my pizza and it is still not here. This happens every time and I am beyond done with this place. Absolutely starving.
