It's almost impossible to get a pizza on time at this location. You are told a time when you order like 10 to 15 minutes. And then it ends up taking an hour.

This is kinda my favorite pizza spot in Troy right now. Past few times they didn’t miss. Just got the parmesan stuffed crust and let me tell you it is so good. That pan crisp was perfect too. Had to give a review. My daughter says her cheese pizza is really good too… lol

Do not order salad from this Domino's. You will be disappointed. Ordered March 11, 2025. Salad had been expired for 2 days. Can clearly see through the packaging. Yet they delivered it anyway. Tried reporting it on the app. But even today it wouldn't let me report the problem because it says hasn't been delivered yet!! This is unacceptable.
If you can't support app orders, don't accept app orders.

Ridiculous. We ordered a pizza on the app (which is absolute garbage but the only way to get the coupon) for a large pizza any toppings. All the toppings were on it, but when we hit pay now it refreshed and asked us to resubmit, which we did. When we picked up the pizza at the store, it had only cheese on it. We told them the app is messed up and we were supposed to get the pizza with the toppings (same price btw) and kindly asked if they could get it corrected, but they refused because we ordered through the app. Customer service was trash, it costed the same and they refused to replace it. Not our fault the app is trash and ENCOURAGED to be used. Would give 0 starts if I could.

Ordered dinner at 5:20pm. App said food was prepped, baked and in quality control. Waited patiently. 6:50pm we called to see where it was. Kid laughed and said things are busy, I don’t know where your order is. Then he says they haven’t started the order yet and it would be 40-60 more minutes. He said want me to cancel it? So I said yes cancel it. Ridiculous.
