I picked the wrong time to go. Early morning the line for the drive thru was out the parking lot into the street. Got a dozen and 1/2 donuts assorted. I thought that meant 1 of every donut in the case but we didnt get any white cream filled or any French donuts or blueberry glazed. Also only 1 glazed donut. There were like 5 sprinkle donuts. I guess I should have picked my own instead of ordering assorted. A little dissapointing.

Went for a large latte ... never say easy on the ice because they'll give you a small latte in large cup ... And another thing, I guess the get paid to just stand there in the back ... but 10 to employees on a Sunday night!? Just talking... maybe they where having a meeting... other than that service was ok.

We came at 10:42 AM..The tables inside were incredibly dirty, staff at front register on her phone. Hash browns burnt, not only forgot one of our wraps but gave us a bacon one instead of sausage. Forgot cream cheese to our bagel (yes we did order it) and my drink was not even full but yet extremely milky? It tasted like straight milk. As a high school student who works in fast food you’re better off going to Mc Donald’s!

This would be a 1 if not for Sarah the lady with blonde hair . My order was messed up and the handling of it was goofy . Every one’s goofin off talking long with food orders . Oneof ladies literally climbed out the drive through window ! Stupid experience

Maybe it was something going on with me idk...but I had a blackberry refresher from here on a Friday and I was stuck in the house the entire weekend with the runs. That was the only thing I had that day....

Outstanding customer service! Although I made an error on my first ever mobile order, the staff covered the issue quickly and got us underway during the very busy morning time. The donuts and coffee were great; as anticipated. We'll be back!

If I could give zero stars, I would give the cashier a $20 bill for our nine dollar ticket. She only gave me change back. Said I gave her a 10. Then got rude and said she would not be giving me any more money back. Very very unprofessional!!! We are local people and will not be back!
