Outstanding customer service! Although I made an error on my first ever mobile order, the staff covered the issue quickly and got us underway during the very busy morning time. The donuts and coffee were great; as anticipated. We'll be back!

If I could give zero stars, I would give the cashier a $20 bill for our nine dollar ticket. She only gave me change back. Said I gave her a 10. Then got rude and said she would not be giving me any more money back. Very very unprofessional!!! We are local people and will not be back!

Dunkin’ in Troy is Amazing !! You guys are awesome, they have the best customer service around seriously ! I stopped in one evening & I didn’t realize they were about to close & the night manager Christina was very nice & ready to help me with my order & the staff was working to close & never complained to me not even once about sitting in the lobby ! Usually when a place is closing you get less kind workers, but this place was not that way ! They are friendly & young & cordial & I reminded them of that before I left !! Thank you guys for being the best Dunkin ever, I’ve been to many of them around the country so it’s a good experience when you find a place like this !!!

I’ve been visiting here a few Sunday mornings each month for over a year, and one thing I’ve consistently noticed is that the inside staff often seems to be in a bad mood and can come across as rude. I’m not sure if it’s a management issue, but I really hope customer service can improve. That being said, the donuts are good and the atmosphere is always clean!

Really poor service at Baskin-Robbins & Dunkin’ Donuts employees talking about people they like to serve & they don’t serve the customer what they order. They had me standing there over 10 minutes before they seen me. I guess I was invisible.

Kid friendly and enjoyable for adults. This establishment is very appropriate for a family seeking an amazing experience together. Many choices on the menu. A large dining area with lounging sections. The employees go over and beyond to make each person satisfied with their experience.

The good- most of the time they are pretty fast in getting out the order. The bad- during the morning rush the drive thru is jam packed (order ahead on the app and pick up your order inside) The ugly - your drink customization will be incorrect 50% of the time.

We last stopped here on Christmas Eve to pickup donuts and drinks for Christmas Day in Illinois. We tried using the kiosk with coupons from the app but it did not accept them, so I had to talk to a staff person to get those discounts. Staff were friendly and anytime I have stopped into this location, everything is made quickly.
