Food is good but not next level great.
The large over sized portions are great you might think to outweigh the higher price.
But $35 was my base price for nachos that were soggy and cold before I could eat just a quarter of them.
As a big guy I have a good appetite and will stuff my self in order to finish my plate.
But by the time I was excessively over stuffed my food was cold for quite awhile.
I wanted a 1/4 pound of the burnt tips and a small side of beans.
It would have been nice to have a price to match 1/4 pound for $6
I wanted to try the foods you make.
The beans were great but also had burnt ends in them too. Kinda funny I got more of the same stuff.
The nachos were also full of the burnt ends also.
Wow I was overwhelmed with the same thing over and over.
I need stand at the cashier counter for 8 more minutes after making my order and oops forgot to get a drink.
My bad .... But was ignored for continuing to stay in front of the register.
I wasn't given any more attention to order a drink. And even after the next person walked up ordered and walked away I was still ignored. So I finally found a place to sit to wait for my meal.
I then walked over to the drink and zone to get a drink. But no cups.
No worries I had to wait till another employee came and asked me if I needed help.
I asked 3 times if I could get a drink before they gave me a cup so I could choose to get some water.
I need ended up choosing some tea. After some sips went for water again. Tea looked to thick and although sweet was way too sweet and I gave up.
I decided to go get my drink from my car.
After eating my fill.
I used the restroom and the door looked like it was busted so I gave up and used it none the less I just couldn't care by then.
The brisket burnt ends were good but after they were cold I put them the the side.
The nachos had good flavor and I really wished I could get a more even flavor on all my nachos but everything was piled on it..
Poor lighting made it difficult to see my food or the bathroom.
So very dim the lights in the bathroom were barely lit.
I really like trying a good BBQ place but this place is really nice outside appearance but just so so inside.
The football game was on but no sound and all the tvs were muted but still no real enjoyment came from the visual of the game so I ignored it afterwards.
Soon the place got so cold I had to leave. I was too cold.

This has become our "must stop for lunch" spot when traveling I-55. The food is always excellent/delicious, the service is friendly/professional, and our order never takes long, whether eating in or taking to go. Our favorites include the house-made mini-dessert-pies, Brisket-loaded tater twisters, and the Fire-n-Smoke sandwich (brisket, turkey, pulled pork, & bacon).

Always a great choice. Food can be hit or miss on level of quality, but is never bad. Cost is in line with the times, and you get a lot. Splitting orders can save a bit of money. Rustic interior gives a BBQ feel to the place, and the restaurant is pretty clean. However, by dinnertime, the bathrooms are usually not great. It would behoove the staff to clean it, and take out the waste bins more often.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of access to tables, entry, and no real choke points.

I can’t think the staff enough for being my savior last Sunday, November 10. Upon arriving at restaurant at 11 o’clock, when they opened, I was able to order a full tray of pulled pork, a full tray of there delicious macaroni and cheese, and a full tray of BBQ baked beans. I expected the turnaround time to be a minimum of two hours, and they were able to pull it off in less than one hour, YES LESS THAN ONE HOUR. They usually require a 24 to 48 hour notice on the type of order I placed, and it was prepared, hot fresh, and delicious within one hour! Again, I am beyond blessed and thankful that they were able to take care of me and my situation, thank you again to all the Fire and Smoke staff. Keep up the amazing customer service that you provide!!!♥️🔥♥️🔥♥️

Very solid BBQ establishment. Great classic options of BBQ platters with ribs, brisket, burnt ends, and turkey along with sandwiches where you can pick all those and pulled pork. The place was clean, had good service the day we were there, and plenty of seating, even during busy times.
I ordered the brisket, and I sampled the ribs and turkey from my fam. Brisket was ok, turkey was amazing, and the ribs were very good. The green beans with bacon were excellent and we enjoyed the Mac and cheese and BBQ beans. The BBQ sauce options were all very good. All things considered, great place and worth the stop!

Was a busy Friday night, short wait to place our order and another short wait to receive our food. Service was excellent as was our food. I had the pulled pork sandwich with Mac and cheese, both were just perfect. Mac and cheese was melt in your mouth good, excellent flavor with creamy cheese throughout. The pulled pork was perfect, tender, great flavor, barbecue sauce was superb. A great place to eat!.
