Excellent BBQ! Staff is friendly and helpful. You order at the counter like many BBQ restaurants and the food is brought to your table. Perfect amount of smoke in the meats. Hamburgers are some of the best. Try the Hamburger that includes brisket, turkey and pork. The smoked turkey is some of the best I have ever had. Nice smoke and very tender. You won't be disappointed here.

This will be my first time ever leaving a review for anything or any place. Ive been to the restaurant a few time's and fell in love with it. Atmosphere is great, food is wonderful. This past Saturday we had them cater our reception. I had called them multiple times to change up the menu and add cause I was nervous about not having enough food. They told me multiple times it will be plenty for everyone. They were all very kind to me about it. Well turns out there was plenty of food! Everyone absolutely loved the food !! Everything was perfect! Need catering, definitely get fire & smoke, you won't be disappointed.

So, the sauce, the garlic butter are amazing.

The green beans were ok the baked beans were tasty.

Meats: Wings, pulled pork and brisket.

Pork was dry, brisket was dense, wings were meh.

It's ok, I guess? Not going to visit again.

BBQ was good if a little dry, the sweet potato casserole was excellent the Mac and cheese was 7/10.
Service was simple and quick. Love the 1/2 sheet pan service.

The burger, brisket burnt ends, baked beans, and fries were all very tasty. The only issue I had was all our food was barely warm. If it would have been hot I would've given 5 stars

Loved the food and the prices. They let you sign some of the structural beams and firewood, which was very fun for my child and me. I highly recommend this place! For information: They serve craft beers and have a soda fountain.

The food is delicious. Has the perfect smoke. Burnt ends and mac and cheese .are delicious. BBQ sauce is sweeter than I like but good.
