This place is hardly ever open it seems like, most recently we tried to order on the app on a Friday night at 7pm and it wouldn’t let us because the store was closed, even though google says otherwise. We have also had multiple experiences where we go and try to eat in person and the dining room is always closed at around 6 or 7pm, I figured we would still be able to order a to go order, but I guess not. Super sad because we love Imos but never hardly get a chance because of their horrible hours and mis-information.

Drive thru window was unattended, doorbell wasn't ''plugged in'' per the Imosian that collects a paycheck. Front door was locked, knocking on door and drive thru window was ineffective, ultimately had to call from the drive thru to get a response. Ordered a Two-Liter soda, dude tried giving me a fountain soda instead. Was very polite and pleasant, maybe needs to smoke pot after work, not before.

Everyone at this location is overly friendly and truly care about the customers. The manager is amazing and went above and beyond to correct an issue with one of our pick up orders. Well done Troy Imos!

While the food is what you can expect from most locations, this location has had frequent issues with posted hours. Despite having an open sign on, closing hours posted on the door, and closing hours updated on google, they have locked their doors an hour to two hours early on the regular. This has been the case for years at this point, and it's really a shame. When an attempt to communicate was made we were waved off and directed to their drive through.

We used to frequent The Pizza in Edwardsville Illinois but it has steadily declined in both quality and service.
Moving onto the Troy Illinois Imo's Pizza was a very welcome decision and experience. They listened to my order, asked questions to confirm exactly what I wanted and then executed a piece of Pizza excellence. Although I live closer to the Edwardsville location, I will be visiting the Troy location Only from Now on. Keep it up team, you are doing a fantastic job! Everything is so darn expensive these days and you provide an extremely high-quality product for your customers' hard earned money. Thank you.

Pre ordered our meal to be picked up later that night. Was ready right on time. I know how doing that can cause some places to forget to start on time. Staff was prompt greeting me when arriving. Friendly and professional.

Parking: Large lot with plenty of spots.

The kitchen and dining room are always filthy. I saw a mouse and some cockroaches. They serve rotten food like spoiled mushrooms and always get the order wrong. If the salad is ever made "right," it's sloppy and poorly proportioned and the cheese is stale cuz it's been sitting out all day.
The morbidly obese guy who claims to be GM is rude, unprofessional and disgustingly unhygienic. His breath reeked of alcohol, too.
After my first 2 orders, I tried walking in once and that's when I saw the condition of this dung-hole. I will never return to this dump. How anyone can eat here is beyond me, especially when you can see how dirty it and the workers are.
This place needs to be shut down by the health department.

Bunch of young people without a good manager so what do ya expect. EVERY time we order there is something missing or messed up. We have gotten delivery and they forget our dressing or gave us pizza without sauce. So I order and pick up (my fault for not checking) salads. Get home to find out my Cesar salad is mostly cheese and no dressing. It's not rocket science put your phone down and do your job correctly.

Last night we chose to order an XL pepperoni and mushroom pizza, large pepperoni pizza and a chef salad. The kids said their pizza was fine and haven’t had any issues yet. However, since eating the pepperoni and mushroom pizza which I thought tasted odd initially, me and my husband have both been on the toilet sick. Is it really that hard to wash your nasty hands at work people? $46 for some nasty food poisoning? If I wanted a laxative I could’ve just saved myself the money and grabbed something from the medicine cabinet. Avoid this place or throw your money down the toilet instead because either way that’s where you’ll end up.

Was in town at a hotel, we were hot, hungry, and tired. By the time I ordered and got situated good the food we ordered arrived! So quick, and I ordered a chef salad and wings it was by far the best salad I have had in awhile...well worth it! Good ending to an overall bad day! ? here also is a pic of my salad after I had my fill. My only recommendation to anyone ordering get an extra ranch you will need it.

Consistently slow every time I go here. The food is great but the food will never be ready at the estimated pick up time. Be prepared to wait around.

I miss Imos the most of any restaurant after moving away from St. Louis.

We're been passing through the area after the eclipse and decided to try the local fare instead of Dominos. I'd never had St. Louis-style pizza before but I'm from NYC so I was skeptical, but it was very, very good. I usually shy away from thin crust pizza because it can be so dry, but this stuff is delicious and flavorful and not dry at all (but the crust is still so crispy - how do they do it?!). My husband got their "Great Tastes of St. Louis" special that had a little of everything - those raviolis are amazing! I love, love, love the sauce, as well.Knocked one star off of "service" because the dining room was closed at 8 and we had to use the drive-thru, but we still received prompt service and fresh food that tasted wonderful.
