Never got food- have stopped here twice in the last year & sit for 10+ minutes in drive thru and they never assist ya’ so then ya’ gotta back out and head on over to Glen Carbon. We are always hoping it has gotten better. Nope- don’t waste your time here.

By far one of the worst ones in the area. Between always having an issue with their system at night and not being able to do orders, only accepting Doordash, and always forgetting items, it's a genuine pain to go here. Every few months I forget how bad it is and ultimately get disappointed when I come back.

I laughed when I got the notification for "How was Jack in the box?!".
Check out the pic... That's an eggshell. Also had to check the bag (the SOP, here), and go back in for missing food items.
When the food is correct, it's either dried out or undercooked. You'll also wait in the drive thru for ~20-35 minutes, each time you go. My only recommendation is to place the order on the mobile app, ahead of time.

We are traveling, they are open till 2am. We drive up at 11pm. We were told they are only doing online order or door dash it has been 45+ mins to get some tacos. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of our time!
Food was fine. Buttery Jack had good flavor, curly fries were a little cold. Coke had an odd flavor like a flavoring button had been pushed on the freestyle machine, but the flavors weren’t working when I was there. Staff were stretched way too thin. Not nearly enough employees for the time (weekday at noon). They were trying hard but it was impossible for them to keep up with the counter and the drive thru (not to mention my order which I had placed 10 min prior in the app). I never expect an amazing experience at JITB, just an okay one, but if I hadn’t already paid for my food before I arrived, I would have just left when I saw the situation inside.
This Jack in the Box knows how to do it right. The food is hot! Good customer service.

I'd Order online and came inside to pick up my order and waited almost one hour Nevertheless my munster Taco was very very very bad 👎 won't order from this place again 😑 😒 🙃 😫

My boys and I decided to eat here after their volleyball game last night. They were somewhat busy. The young man at the counter was so nice and professional despite some rude people. He even made conversation while we were waiting. Another lady behind the counter was nice enough to get part of our order that was ready out to us so my kids could eat while we waited for the rest. Despite how busy they were, they all maintained a smile and calm atmosphere. The wait time was definitely worth it and their patience was astonishing! Keep up the great work!
