It wasn’t the fact the kid called me “sir” twice over the speaker (I have a pretty high pitched voice definitely not a sir.) that was probably some childish prank, as I saw some kid with a headset trying to avoid eye contact.. for me I’m writing this review at wow that sourdough jack was baaad. The bread was slightly warmed at best. Not the crispy cooked you look for

There some employees have 0 iQ or i would prefer say there is in negative they close there walk in store at 10 i believe I’m still not sure because they didn’t even bother telling me that i literally knock that driver thru window for like 5-7 minutes and they were standing right next to it the door was not locked and when i opened that window that’s when they bothered asking me what do I need and when i try to place my order she said bring a car first to place an order i’m a semi truck driver how am I suppose to bring a car they we not busy no cars in the drive thru basically they were so busy using there phone didn’t want to work so they just made an excuse again no common sense at all if you’re not doing something there are no orders just take my order i pay you make money i don’t go hungry problem solved but no i need a car first crazy experience and the temperature outside was 28F and the crazy part is she told me to wait for a movement let me ask my supervisor never came back my request to management is that please please hire some intelligent people I’m simply angry because if you don’t want to service me atleast give me some logical reason so i can understand

I went to this location because the Collinsville location was closed. Why was there only one woman working the entire store at 5 in the morning? I felt so bad for her. She was only accepting mobile orders and luckily we had already placed one. But unfortunately my sandwich was missing the bacon and had barely any sauce so it was really bland. I truly don't blame her at all, I could understand if it was a one time thing and someone called off, but the understaffing has become an ungoing problem at this location. They need to start taking customer service into account instead of just profit.

We have always had a good experience here. Tonight was a bit different. We waited over 30 minutes for our order. When we came to the counter to find out about our order, we were greeted with “what’s your problem?”
Those were the exact words we were greeted with. Our order looked thrown together, and at least 3 items were made incorrectly. The customer sitting next to us said she wouldn’t be back. Her order was also incorrect after a long wait.

If I could give a negative number on the service I would. They are woefully under trained or they just don't care plus going into the restaurant. We were encountered with 2 gentlemen sitting on the back that worked there evidently on break. Smoking marijuana.
