Trucker passing through✌️ and decided to stop in because Jack in the Box is a nice change from the McDonald's, Subway and Arby's that we're usually offered at most chain truck stops. Glad to report, that I was not disappointed. We went in when it was pretty slow so, we were served fresh hot food🙌 I ordered the Bacon double smashed jack, absolutely delicious😋 The staff was great, we'll be back next time we're in Troy💯

There isn't one anywhere near where I live so I was super excited to get Jack in the Box. I hope the problem is just this location. The spicy chicken w/cheese sandwich was so greasy the bun was soggy and falling apart, the fries tasted old, the tacos had ketchup on them for the sauce, the floor was so sticky EVERYWHERE that my shoes stuck with every step, and they were so disorganized and slow that multiple Dashers left without their drinks simply because they were given their food orders and 5 minutes later an employee would put the drink in the mobile order area and ask where the rest of the order was. Yes the Dasher should double check before leaving but come on. 5 minutes later they put the drink out? $13 in the trash. Totally disappointed. I should've read the reviews for this place before wasting my time and money.

I stopped on my way home to pick up an online 08/20/2025 around 5:45 pm. The poor girls in the drive-thru were getting yelled at by the the customer in front of me and if I am not mistaken the customer pulled around and came in to yell at them. I understand maybe you are having a bad day but can we not be rude to the people that show up to do their jobs. They were doing a great job, probably short handed like most places. Food was good.

Service was outstanding! Fast and friendly! Food was extremely sad, so gross. If you thought McDonald’s had thin burgers, try jacks! The bread was not edible. Not sure if it was because it was so old. Past the point of being chewy! So bad the dog wouldn’t touch it! Walking inside was rather quiet. Cameras everywhere! Made you feel like you walked into a very sketchy location! Everything appeared to be clean but the smell said something different, like “mopped with sour water that was just used from the urinal” kinda smell.

Never got food- have stopped here twice in the last year & sit for 10+ minutes in drive thru and they never assist ya’ so then ya’ gotta back out and head on over to Glen Carbon. We are always hoping it has gotten better. Nope- don’t waste your time here.

By far one of the worst ones in the area. Between always having an issue with their system at night and not being able to do orders, only accepting Doordash, and always forgetting items, it's a genuine pain to go here. Every few months I forget how bad it is and ultimately get disappointed when I come back.

I laughed when I got the notification for "How was Jack in the box?!".

Check out the pic... That's an eggshell. Also had to check the bag (the SOP, here), and go back in for missing food items.

When the food is correct, it's either dried out or undercooked. You'll also wait in the drive thru for ~20-35 minutes, each time you go. My only recommendation is to place the order on the mobile app, ahead of time.
