Food was fine. Buttery Jack had good flavor, curly fries were a little cold. Coke had an odd flavor like a flavoring button had been pushed on the freestyle machine, but the flavors weren’t working when I was there. Staff were stretched way too thin. Not nearly enough employees for the time (weekday at noon). They were trying hard but it was impossible for them to keep up with the counter and the drive thru (not to mention my order which I had placed 10 min prior in the app)....
My boys and I decided to eat here after their volleyball game last night. They were somewhat busy. The young man at the counter was so nice and professional despite some rude people. He even made conversation while we were waiting. Another lady behind the counter was nice enough to get part of our order that was ready out to us so my kids could eat while we waited for the rest. Check out the pic... That's an eggshell. Also had to check the bag (the SOP, here), and go back in for missing food items.
When the food is correct, it's either dried out or undercooked. You'll also wait in the drive thru for ~20-35 minutes, each time you go. My only recommendation is to place the order on the mobile app, ahead of time.
